The crew was awesome and nice. They said they were out of ranch dressing but they were making some. I stated I would wait. My Grandsons favorite dressing is Jacks ranch and I was not going home without it. So thank you to the crew!! Y’all saved the night!

This Jack’s is one of my favorite ones… the staff here is always so nice & make ya feel welcomed… they are helpful in every way possible… The new Rib sandwich combo is really hard to beat & my opinion is better than that other place that has em from time to time… their catfish plates are really good as well along with everything else I’ve tried in past the burgers, chicken, & all the breakfast items…can’t beat the food & prices…

the tall blonde girl was extremely nice. even though she wasn’t the one at the window, she made sure that our order was correct at the speaker (we assumed it was her because she was the only one wearing a headset.) we also noticed that she would walk over and help her fellow co workers. me and my husband does not know her name, but i hope she sees this review

Not handicap friendly when entering the building. Place was clean and well stocked. Fountain drinks were fresh and the combo meals we ordered were fresh and hot. However the chicken sandwich was bland no mayo on it just two pickles. And other two combo’s were very good. First time here will return in the future when we have our trip back for the weekend business.

The burgers were okay. Nothing special. The fries have an odd seasoning on them that I couldn’t decide if it was good or bad. The restaurant was dirty. Prices were okay.
There was food on the floor and on the tables. The trash cans were full too. It was a bit of a wait for my order.
Bathroom was small but the toilets and sinks work. Fairly clean and well stocked.
There is truck and rv parking on the back which was a great bonus for me.

Our drive through server was terrible asked for ranch and honeymustard as we ordered boat of fries with our food , only got ranch. Boat of fries no bigger then a large fry should have been full , and I didn’t even get my proper amount of change back. Like how am I supposed to have a good day when I was totally disrespected.

I can’t believe the confusion going on inside jack this morning between the employees. It took 10 minutes in the drive thru for a double gravy and sausage biscuits. The girl at the window had a problem with the girl working at the front counter and you could tell!.

Been eating here regularly for many years but in the last 6 months it has deteriorated into NASTY. At one time they had an older woman that kept the dining area spotless since she left is is straight up NASTY. I could have posted another dozen pictures
