This morning I ordered two deluxe breakfast combos and a stack of pancakes. Got home and no pancakes, ok no problem. Stuff happens. I went back with receipt to get my pancakes, they give me the “pancakes” and tell me they’re sorry, granted i shouldve checked the bag before I left. I get home and again no pancakes. They gave me biscuits and gravy. Definitely wont be back for a while

Stopped by to pickup family Sunday dinner, and I was greeted by Ja’niya, a sweet young lady with a wide smile I placed my order and asked her if the sweet tea was freshly made, she said it was , true to her word it was excellent, the diet Dr pepper was so good my wife had to get a refill, our order came out promptly the food was excellent, kudos to Ja’niya and the staff at the Glencoe Al store, we recently moved back home and out of the four nearby stores we will make Glencoe our #1 store to go to eat at. Everyone have a safe and blessed holiday season during these trying times..

We have been enjoying Jacks on 278 for years and were excited to get a new one in Glencoe. Not so happy now. The restaurant is nice, but the food and service not so much. Portions are less, they left off tomatoes on our “to go” salad so of course we didn’t know till after leaving. Also, I ordered a chicken sandwich on a biscuit, which they said no prob. Then charged me for the sandwich and added 1.39 for the biscuit! I called the other jacks and asked about how they would charge and they said it would be no extra charge to swap the bun for a biscuit. Plus the new Jacks charges for tap water. Never had to pay before. Looks like we will be back to the other Jacks. Staff at New Jacks not very friendly, almost irritated acting when taking orders.

Went back to try newJacks for 2nd time. I ordered cheeseburger and was eating it my car. The burger was not even warm alos the bun was hard. Thats 2 strikes on the new Jacks Been at Jack for 30 years every morning. This morning thought I would try the new jacks MISTAKE the biscuit was overcooked the gravy and egg bland had no flavor they must need more training
