I do love the Cheddar Salt that they use in their fries. I wish to God that they’d use more of it though! Either they never use it or never anything more than a fairy sprinkle across a 2lbs vat of fries!

We placed an online order today and when my husband came in he ordered 2 rib sandwiches extra. He waited a short time and the area manager talked to him and told him they would refund his money for the wait, honestly he didn’t mind, but that was sweet. I’ve worked the fast food industry for 23 years and he knew they were doing a great job. Everything was amazing when he got home! Thank yall for amazing food! 10/10

I ordered 2 medium fries ,and a breakfast wrap combo and the fries were good and the hash browns but the main thing in the order was crap . Get your employees to do better I knew I should’ve checked before I pulled off but we shouldn’t have to check our food to make sure yall do yalls jobs right .

Place was well cleaned! Got my food in a timely matter and it was packed for dine, the manger Amanda was GREAT! Made sure my food was fresh even my mashed potatoes was hot!! And she was kind and had a smile on her face!!!! She should be awarded for the way she handled how busy that store was!! Way to go on training this manger great!!!!!!! Love coming to this jacks when you see smiling faces like that!! Will come again

We were on a quick day trip out of town and just hit the drive thru at Jacks. I love the way they get your special orders right. I ordered a butter biscuit add sausage and a vanilla iced coffee no ice. Perfectly done! Makes me happy and gets my day off to a great start!!

This particular jacks location is my favorite! Workers are amazing and very knowledgeable. Food is always hot & delicious! Very clean environment! Dana is my favorite worker always so sweet & upbeat she is such a delight. Highly recommended

This location is only good for breakfast. If you want dinner I suggest driving across town to the other location. Every time we go for dinner at this location we end up leaving before the order is even placed. They make it clear they don’t want your business with the attitude during taking your order. Multiple workers outside in their car. Drive across town to the other location and get so much better treatment!

I work the graveyard shift and come to jacks right by my work for my lunch every time I work and today for some reason I pulled up to order at 4:35 on Sunday because they open at 430 on Sundays but 4 am every other day and this time when I pulled up t after 430 they tell me they don’t open until 5 on Sundays. That’s odd because y’all have been opening up every time I come here on Sundays at 430 am not 5. So now since we clock out for our lunch I don’t get to eat lunch today because the worker apparently decided to own the store 30 mins late
