I happened upon this store on my way from the Gulf Shore area, on my way home to Kentucky. I LOVE all the Jack’s I’ve been to, and I’m actually mad at myself for not stopping at one sooner! We don’t have them anywhere near home! I will say, the drive through line was wrapped all around the restaurant— but that’s par for the course on a Sunday after church time…with a beautiful day to boot! Didn’t bother me to go in, where I was greeted right away/she took my order. I did wait a bit longer than expected, but as you can see by my pics, it was WORTH IT!!! I love the food, and I WISH y’all would bring one to Louisville!! The burgers have delicious, soft, and buttered buns, with a nice helping of bacon on them! There’s nothing like crispy bacon on a burger… and ALL ingredients were fresh!

4/30/21 Tried it for a second time. I ordered a sausage biscuit add cheese. I had my order repeated to me at the drive through AND at the window.
Got my order….sausage biscuit NO CHEESE. Added egg.
ALSO, we asked for Mayo and mustard.
The man couldn’t remember if he put it in the bag, so he went to check and said “it’s in the bag”. Got the bag….no condiments
First order with burgers:Nothing crazy special about it. I was satisfied, but not WOW’ed

Jacks used to be a good place, and I don’t know what has happened, but I went through the drive-thru at 21:23 on Wal-Triana and they had it locked up and refused to serve me. I saw another person go through and leave. I guess they decided to close up 45 minuets early. I went over to BK

Walked in with my husband on 9/14 around 3 or 4 pm Was met by three females behind the counter who were giggling and talking until we came to the register. No one said hi welcome. No one said can I take your order. They literally stared at us with anger. I was actually nervous. My husband looked at me then to them and asked if I wanted to leave and I did. It was obvious they were not in the mood to take an order or prepare food. When we were leaving I literally heard one laugh and say good I don’t want to spit in your food and they all laughed. I found it appalling but understood why there wasn’t a single customer there.

Well personally I feel like pulling into this establishment when there was only 1 other car behind us and being asked at the speaker if we needed help finding anything after we asked for one moment cause they are “on the clock” and the fact the young man didn’t even speak a word when handing us our food.. very highly disappointed and think I’ll just go elsewhere from now on since it’s such an inconvenience. Oh and let me add that asking for jelly was clearly upsetting to the young man given the unpleasant look on his face

Was given old ass cold over salted fries because they were dead. Called and then they answered and then hung up. At other locations food is always hot and fresh. Got some crappy people working this one. They knew the food was old.
Mac and cheese was made put in a bowl that was in some sort of warmer that melted the lid. Yeah I’ll take a side of mac and cheese with melted plastic. Just wow.

They always forget the egg on the biscuit. Happened way to many times. Make sure you look before you leave. You know that feeling as you open up your biscuit and get that first bite and there’s something missing it’s happened way too many times always that beautiful fluffy egg is missing and it’s just a steak and cheese biscuit. Now I enjoy a steak and cheese biscuit but that egg add so much joy to the whole breakfast experience and it’s happened at least four times now not in a row but my heart has been broken by these people more than I would like to say. Can a white guy just get his egg?
