I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food joints but this is the cleanest Jack’s restaurant I’ve seen in years. The staff was fast and friendly and the food was fresh and well prepared. Every unoccupied table in the dining room was clean. The inside of the windows were clean. The window sills were clean. The bathroom was clean. The drink area was clean. The condiments area was clean and well organized.

I have been coming to this Jacks for years and as I read through some of these reviews, it shocks me to see some of the remarks because I genuinely have never seen any issues with the management team. Almost all the employees engage with their regulars which is why I continue to come back because to me that’s genuine customer service. The real reason I am making this review is because I want Jacks to know that the Country Rib Sandwich is by far one of the best items to come out on their menu, PLEASE keep this!

I stop by there and usually order a BLT combo in the morning, it’s off menu I get it. Some days it doesn’t have tomato, some days it has 1 piece of bacon, others 5…. Usually don’t complain. Today I saw the big breakfast sandwich, I asked if it came in a combo. “What?” I asked again if it came in a combo. “Yes pull forward $11.98”. If you look at the advertisement (Big Breakfast Sandwich. Your choice of bacon or sausage with eggs, cheese and mayo between two pieces of Texas toast.) I wasn’t given any of these choices. Well I paid and left, I needed to get to work. Half way to work I was thinking, couple of the hashbrowns would be nice, stick my hand in the bag, felt the sandwich then a black container. Was like ok, must be the hasbrowns. Nope bunch of eggs and a piece of sausage.
The bread also wasn’t toasted and there isn’t anything big about the sandwich. Tired of the inconsistency and will not return. Burger King can get their orders right at least.
“Update” tried it again today, ordered a BLT combo with cheese. No cheese was on the sandwich. So strike three, Definitely moving on to another restaurant. Don’t recommend, they are obviously keeping up with their reputation of consistently being inconsistent.

First time eating at Jacks and they did not disappoint. I ordered a 4 piece tender meal and those are some of the best tenders I have ever had, a little small, but they did give me an extra one to make up for the small ones and their sauce was surprisingly good too. I am not one to try speciality type sauces but man it was addicting.

Restaurant food was ok. Tables were not clean. Noticed crumbs on several tables and smeared ketchup on one. Should be someone cleaning table and stations constantly. Prices are decent.

So yes yes yes to the chicken nuggets… That is what I’m talking about! Perfect little bite size pieces of chicken breaded and fried to crispy perfection! Go now! I usually get down on some sauces but these were so good I couldn’t stop long enough to dig through the bag to find any sauce!

Literally the worst jacks I’ve ever eaten. The chicken had weird spots on the crust and it was hours old and slightly soggy breading while the chicken was tough. The sweet tea had no sugar. The oil was clearly dirty as the fries tasted disgusting.

Just visited this location. I was in the area and assume this location was good atmosphere. Wrong. Im a truck driver and go all over Alabama and other states. I asked cashier could I get Trucker discount here. Cashier was nice but the response I got from her Manager here wasn’t nice at all not professional. There a right way and wrong way. She definitely don’t need be in Management at all. You always treat customers with respect and dignity.

Person at the drive thru was super rude!! His job needs to be taken or put on probation without pay! I have not experienced such rudeness from this restaurant until today!! We eat here often but today will be the last time we pull into this parking lot! My husband simply stated to him that he doesn’t think the full order got taken. The person working said in a hateful smart butt tone replies I have a bacon biscuit meal with a coke then looks over his shoulder & hateful rudeness tones says what else do you want!! The whole atmosphere from placing order to window was an attitude issue for the worker at the window! I tried calling 5 times whoever would pick up the phone & hang up on me. I really hope the corporate office sees this review! I have called the corporate office as well!
