They didn’t even put my gravy in its own container. I didn’t want the biscuits & gravy, planned to give it to a co worker. But it was all over my whole plate. It upset me cause I can’t have dairy. So I couldn’t eat much of the meal I paid for. I paid $12 for the deluxe breakfast & regular coffee. The coffee was very good. But not good enough to make up for my messed up breakfast. The guy at window didn’t even seem happy to be awake much less being good at customer service. My whole visit, my 1st & last, was lame.

I will have to say that Jacks has always been consistent with every location, with regard to their service, their quality, their atmosphere. Food is always delicious and their management is always spot on. I have always enjoyed my visits regardless whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

We ordered online said it would be done at 3:15pm. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our food. After getting home to eat! We ordered a 10 piece family meal and we looked and there was only 8 peices. Had to go back to the store and wait another 5 minutes to get our other 2 peices

This place is really the worst: multiple visits, they mess up orders constantly, and *every* time I go you always have to “pull forward” and wait – even on visits when no one is ahead of me in the drive thru.
Better to pick another “faster” and more “efficient” place than this one.

Ordered 2 chicken biscuits and 2 hash browns. Received 1 chicken biscuit and 1 bacon, egg abd cheese biscuit which we did not realize until we got home. They were super slow to respond in drive thru. Our order was not complicated. The hash browns tasted like old grease.

I went into Jack’s on Hughes Road in Madison on Sunday evening November 10th at 5:30 to order two 3-piece chicken dinners for takeout. In addition to the two sides, I wanted an order of mac n’ cheese, but was told they were out of mac n’ cheese.
I was then told they were also out of biscuits, but would I accept Texas toast?. Having no other choice, I agreed. When I got home, this was what I found (see photos attached). It was two pieces of white bread, barely toasted on one side! The rest of the food was delicious as usual, which is why I usually “Eat at Jack’s!”
I don’t know why this Jack’s would run out of food items at 5:30 on a Sunday evening, but it leaves me to wonder were they really out, or just didn’t want make anymore? I can just imagine the disappointment of the Monday morning customers when they were told there weren’t any biscuits for their breakfast sandwiches.

I went in the store to pick up a delivery order and watched 5 people come in the store, place their order and receive there food before me…….I was also told that my order wasn’t important enough to make or have ready on time….I was here for 15 minutes before I received my order….. they deliberately took their time making my order just because it was a delivery order…..this was totally and utterly wrong and ignorant and shows a lack of management skills and operational knowledge.
