Original: First time visiting a Jacks and we stopped by the new Jacks in Town Creek, Alabama. This store has only been open for a month, but the staff was definitely on their A game. The restaurant was very clean, and so we’re the bathrooms. The food was great, fresh and hot. I thought Jacks was just a burger place, but the menu had such a wide variety of food. Fried chicken, wings, burgers, ice cream scoops and more! Everything was so good and the employees were very friendly! Will gladly go back!!

We mostly eat there for breakfast. Food is great. Biscuts are soft and fluffy made from scratch right there. The only thing my husband and I don’t like is the hash rounds. They are horrible and need to take lessons from Chick FL A, Hardee’s or Burger King. The hash rounds aren’t drained when they are served and are just soaked in what ever oil they are fried in. Their French fries are good but I don’t really know what’s going on with the hash rounds that makes them so awlful. We stopped ordering them all together when we get a breakfast sandwich because neither of us eat them. I would give them a 5 on everything else. It’s not just my local Jack’s other locations are the same.

1. Chicken fingers were not bigger than my finger…. not enough there for a 3 year old much less an adult…

This place is awful. We waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru to be asked to park so they can bring us our food… 2 biscuits and 2 hashbrowns…. We waited 15 more minutes in a parking space to get the stalest biscuits that had to be hours old… if you were going to serve me old biscuits anyway why the wait??? This has happened 3 past times I have come here and this is it for me. Wont be back, money is to hard to come by to get nasty food and bad service.
