Very disappointed in the good. Didn’t taste fresh. The gravy had a very odd flavor and chicken tenders tasted like they were fried in old grease. We didn’t eat much and the most of it away. The French fries were the only good part of the meal.

What an amazing team that works here. We came on Saturday after a cross country meet. We got there right before a school bus of about 50 kids. Our food was hot, fast, and correct. While we ate we watched the crew quickly take orders and make food for the school bus group. Absolutely amazing.

Revisited the Jack’s in Moulton, hoping to have a better experience and see if time has fixed some issues. I posted pictures below of the new cheesy bacon chicken sandwich. I tried a bite, did not have a good flavor at all. So I decided to pull it apart and look. How nasty! The cheese was terrible, chicken was not crispy, and basically no flavor of satisfaction. I’ll continue to drive to Double Springs if I’m in the mood for Jack’s.
I don’t care when or what day you go through their drive through your order will be missing something, not packaged right or not prepared correctly. They could really use some help from the Double Springs store, or even East Lawrence store.
Tried them again and get the same service. You people absolutely suck at your job!

Business want customers – right? Do the employees have to be so rude and disconnected? Ordered on the app and the lady shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t know what an online order was! This whole time it was sitting on the counter with my name on it! Forget ordering food customized – no tomato. Nope, got lots of tomatoes. Why is that even an option?
