I ordered through the app and ordered a BEC combo with large hashbrowns regular hashbrowns and a large caramel iced coffee and a side. All I got was my two hashbrowns and drink. Never got my BEC or side of gravy. I’m very disappointed in this experience.

I had to wait 15 mins on a 3 piece snack meal all because the teenagers were playing around and not working. The managers were not being attentive at all. Then i got my milkshake and it had ice cream all over it and was barely blended ! Not to mention the kid that was making the shake was using his bare hands to get the ice cream!!! One of the managers told me she got off at 11:30 pm and instead of being a manager and making sure the store was running smoothly, she was busy doing other things instead of making the kids who was just standing around do it.

We went inside around 2:30pm. I don’t know if there was a shortage in staff that day but the dinning room was filthy. If there was a lunch rush it didn’t get cleaned up. Every table was dirty. There were about five flies in the window by our table. The food was hot. The lady in drive through was loud and angry with the other employees who were outside smoking. Leaving her to take care of it herself. Clearly the manager is friends with the workers and not a boss. The bathroom wasn’t clean. We won’t be back to this location. General Manager and store manager need to get this place whipped into shape.

This jack’s needs help only has 3 people working, has trash on condiment counter, tea judges on the front counter, and wait time out the roof, this place is pitiful to get something quick. I don’t know who the shift manager was. They need help bad.

So around 3 today I was in jacks getting some food when I experienced a truly awful experience, by who I would assume was two managers, judging by them being the only two ladies wearing red shirts. Anyways a blonde manager came over to a brown headed manager and told her something about not making shakes or whatnot, to which brown headed manager replied sorry I was just doing my job, and then blonde headed manger proceeded to stomp over, and in the most ugly manner hank brown headed headphones off her head. Brown head then in shock im sure was excuse me, you can’t do that to me (which you can’t) to blonde headed manager literally yelling well bye in again the ugliest manner you can think off. I am blown away by what a witnessed today, and if that blonde manager is always acting like this, she needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY!! I mean just truly awful!

Today was one of the best experiences I have had at any of the local Jack’s in North Alabama. The service was fantastic, the food was fresh, hot and served very quickly. The entire restaurant was the cleanest I’ve seen in any Jack’s in a long time. Even the ladies restroom was spotless! Thank you to everyone at the Hwy 24 location in Moulton, AL!!!!

At this point it’s my fault… I keep going back because of convenience to my home. Even though my order gets messed up every other time. And the fries are somehow worse every time I go. No pickles. No onions. Not rocket science. Person at the drive thru was the rudest I’ve experienced in a while. I said thanks and they looked at me like I kicked their dog and shut the window. Cheer up! You dont have to pick stuff off your burger and throw away the majority of these cold, stale fries!

Not a very good visit. Asked for no mustard, got extra, asked for a milkshake,Got attitude and the person wasn’t happy to make it. At $4.00 a milkshake should have been something more than what we got. I am not even asking for whip cream. Fries were cold and the burgers were too. They were not that busy. That made it even worse. If you have time to stand around then you can get a milkshake right?
I’ve worked in food service so I know how it can be if you’re under pressure but that wasn’t the case.
Maybe it was an off day. I hope so.

Was so disappointed and disgusted with the breakfast plate I was given. I am on a special meal diet and thought I’ll just eat the eggs and bacon and maybe a bite or two of the grits and skip the gravy and biscuit. But the grits were so drenched in butter and grease I was sickened by the smell and look of it. The gravy was a weird color and super lumpy and wasn’t sausage in it to cause it to be lumpy either. Then actually had very little bacon or egg on plate and eggs weren’t very good either. Was very hungry and was very upset with the food I was given. I am sure they wouldn’t want to eat what they gave me that morning.
