Today it was lined up to the highway but the employees were all still very nice and quick. Such a great place to eat! The line just shows you how good the food is!

This review is only for drive-thru orders I have placed online or at the speaker box.
When they are on, they’re on. Unfortunately, when they are off their game, it’s a crap shoot. 90% successful orders are correct and food is hot and fresh. Other times items are missing from orders, burger orders that have any changes/modifications are sometimes made ignoring the add/delete item options when orders is placed. One huge issue is morning breakfast. Occasionally, it seems breakfast biscuits and sammiches are pre-made and sit, and sit… it may be a “time saver” for the kitchen to pre-make stuff in advance, but nothing is worse than having a stone cold breakfast biscuit or sammich. Cold eggs, no bueno.
To make matters worse , I am in there with my wife and my children…ages 12, 8, and 6. Of course my 12 year old is facing the TV and starts asking questions…
I ask the manager about changing The channel and the manager says they do not have the remote…therefore they can not change the channel. If I remember correctly, the district manager or someone else only has the ability to change the channel. Each restaurant needs control of the remote to the television for this reason alone.
Well…the manager apologized and if that is all you can do, then so be it. She should have just turned it off. We ended up moving tables to a corner where the TV was not visible.
However our food and milkshakes were excellent.
