This place is excellent for eating as a family or just being by yourself. They have all sorts of table sizes…for family especially. They have television…big one, and the fireplace decoration is excellent. The place is new, I believe. Excellent . Parking is free and amazing atmosphere. Food is consistently good but service is atrociously slow. It was better before they rebuilt the store but I’ve sat in the drive thru for 20 min with one other car. Just left their drive thru today after 5-10 min or one car waiting to order and no one talking to him. 11am fast food drive thrus should be the best and quickest service.

They can’t ever get my order right to save their life. How hard is it to get a plain cheeseburger with bacon correct ? I mean don’t work somewhere if you hate your job and life that bad. It’s like they did it on purpose too, because the sauce was overflowing covering the sides of the bun and everything. Packed with pickles and tons of onions. It’s ridiculous honestly. I’ve probably wasted over 200$ on food stopping on the way home, getting home and it being wrong. God forbid you expect someone to do their job right, you have to check it now before you pull off.

Come in about once a week and th womans bathroom wasn’t clean toilet paper in the stalls were on the floor and paper towels were all over and night shifts put away certain foods and standing there to order food about 15 minutes so we left went somewhere else not professional and rap music is not a good idea morning shift is amazing and night shift isn’t and sometimes they get the food wrong to won’t be back there

I came in and ordered a chicken sandwich combo for work. I usually don’t have problems with my food here, but I’m legit upset right now. The chicken is so dry and cold, and the fries are cold with no seasoning. I just wasted 9.00 on food I can’t even eat. It should be noted I work literally 2 minutes away from the restaurant so there is no reason it should have been cold.
Update: I contacted them as asked. I filled out that entire questionnaire. Don’t bother doing it, they intend to continue serving day old food and that’s the end of it. No refund is provided for handing out trash so I wouldn’t recommend going here.

They made my day in here. It’s one particular person that really has this place upbeat and friendly. I think her name is Courtney. So friendly and personable. The food was DELICIOUS!!!! Waaaaaaay better now since the renovation. I’m definitely starting back to eat here.

It was an outstanding burger and fires. First time eating at a Jack’s and was not disappointed. Service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Will definitely stop by again whenever we are through there.
