Just moved to the area and the service for me was top notch. Today I ate there for Breakfast and for Dinner. I had the best and top notch customer service from both John at Breakfast and Zach for dinner. I was also able to meet Jessica the Operating Partner and she is also awesome. The way that she care for the community and her team is something I have not seen in a long time. If you are ever near Parrish Alabama stop in and see them. You will not regret it

I have tried this Jack’s location at different times of the day to make sure to give them a fair shake, but each time I stop there the food has been less than mediocre. The fries are either hard or cold or both and the chicken tenders are so small they should be called chicken nugget tenders instead.

I got two cheeseburgers and ate one, the other was stale so i had to guy remake it…HE HAD NO GLOVES ON!!! Made it with his bare hands so i threw it away. The guy taking my order was super sweet is the only reason i didn’t cause a scene.

Service here is always speedy and the food has always been top notch for fast food… Until recently (within the past two months). I asked for ranch and someone gave me two ramekins of pure milk instead. Or I just never received my sauces at all.
I had the two cheeseburger combo last week and the cheese was still cold and the patty itself was dry and almost inedible. I’ll give it another try, but this place seems to be going downhill fast.

The girl taking orders was acting funny, kept grabbing her stomach said how can I help u, I held up 4 fingers n said I need 4 cheeseburgers extra pickle n 2 cheeseburgers no pickle n 3 fries. She only rang me up for 1 cheeseburger extra pickle n walked away before I paid… Very very unprofessional. She just kept staying at me still standing there like hello u missed stuff I said n held up fingers. Get people who actually give a crap about their job, I could’ve been mute, I held up 4 fingers .
