Passing through on our way home after the holiday with family we had to get Jack’s before returning to Illinois. I’m so glad we stopped at this Jack’s. We were mad by the two most friendliest women at the drive-thru. It’s nice to have people that seem to enjoy their work and serving food with a smile you don’t always see that anymore. We absolutely saw that and we do appreciate it the food was good service was fast Thank you until next time!

If yall can’t cook biscuits no damn better than that. Yall need to close the damn store. This was the nastiest gd biscuit I have ever had other than McDonald’s biscuits. An another thing your damn tea is too fing sweet. I won’t be back i promise. Double springs store is way better. Go take damn lessons from there. And its alot cleaner store.

Jayda at the window is amazing and has 100% the best customer service attitude I’ve seen in my life. Her smile and kind heart goes a long ways just to hand you your food. I dropped my straw in the corner of my seat and she handed me not one but 5 incase it happened again. Then labeled my PLAIN burger just meat and cheese with a star so I’d know they were correct. That’s just excellent to me as someone who’s a picky eater and a clumsy person in general!! Jayda keep being you and you’ll go so far in life. This girl needs a raise.

I bought dinner here yesterday evening. The grilled chicken salad was mostly lettuce it had 1 small slice of tomato cut in half laying on top very little chicken and small amount of bacon. The chicken fingers were hard the fries taste like the oil they were cooked in maybe should have been changed a month ago. The cheeseburger bun was so hard around the edges it had to be torn off, like maybe it had been sitting there all day. And after I have been up sick all night, I’m really thinking that. Picked up the stack of napkins in the bag AFTER we had eaten the food and a big roach bug is in the middle of the napkins!!!! Disgusting!!!! I probably wouldn’t have posted this public review should I not have got up at 1am throwing up!! Do Better Jack’s of Addison!!!
