Breakfast was good, it usually is. Bought a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with hash browns and both seemed to be fairly fresh. Hash browns were the perfect crispy golden brown, and hot.

While every place has some times where they struggle, Jack’s in Curry Alabama has more often than not been so great. The staff who work there are always kind to me and many even spend time chatting with me, smiling so big and even complimenting me. I left this morning feeling so uplifted. Everytime I come here their always so rude for no absolute reason. You try and order something then once you get done saying the combo you want they automatically tell you you’re total and continue to be absolutely rude when you say you have more to order, then you get to the window and they obviously don’t communicate as you get asked if you paid 5 times within 5 minutes yet not a simple, hello, how are you?Have you tried our blank blank blank, then they always have your order wrong.And then when you go in and say something about it, they get all mad, that they have to remake your order. The tables were so dirty that napkins literally stick to the edges. Then it took 20+ minutes to get 4 orders of chicken fingers, which I could have more easily understood had the chicken been hot. Unfortunately the chicken fingers were cold and what they gave as a kids chicken finger was laughable.

Upon arriving at Jacks it was old run down needs updating as the ceiling was leaking all over tables and floor Pamela was out there trying to clean it up and dry it when we went thru the door she happy and loudly welcomed us as she made her way to the counter to take our order!!! Very polite professional friendly fast service !!!! Made our food brought it to our table and went right back to trying to fix the horrid situation with the ceiling pouring water covering the register to protect it I just wanted to give a shout out to Pamela Garrison @ Jacks in Curry she deserves a raise or at least a Good Job button she is always the sweetest thing and I eat there regular jist to see her smileing face is refreshing and puts my family and I in a happy place
