The food here was fresh and hot. The staff was very polite and professional.

This Jack’s has always had the best salads of any Jack’s that I’ve been to, but today wasn’t the case. I always order and pay for extra cheese, and extra bacon. Today when I ordered it, there was only extra cheese, no extra bacon. The bacon was not crispy, and had a lot of fat. They should not charge, if they are not going to add it. I hope this is only a one time thing.

The food here is great, I always stop and have lunch here with my grandfather when I come to town. However the staff there are very unprofessional, If it weren’t for that I would give 5 stars

So Jack’s has always been one of my favorite restaurants! I’ve been going to Jack’s for more than 30 years and can still remember the Tex melt sandwich they used to have. (Shame they tossed it from the menu) But this one is gonna need some help. The store manager greeted me at the counter at the register (he was working the register) and turned and walked away from me without a word to deal with an ice cream issue that 2 other people were already working on. ?? Upon his return from assisting employees. I ordered the breakfast special. The wait wasn’t too long. I don’t remember how long but it was acceptable. Tables are sticky… A BIG BIG turn off for me… I saw 3 employees working the lobby (2 inside and 1 outside) and every table I touched looking for a clean place to sit was sticky. (That would be 3 tables).. many others had not been cleaned. I put napkins down for my forearms so they would not stick to the table. The seating was maybe at 35-40% capacity. The gravy did not taste like what I’m used to from the menu at other stores and the oil for the fryers should be changed as well. I love giving the Jack’s restaurants 5 stars everywhere I go. Their food has always been a cut above the rest of the chain restaurants. This one could get there again with a little help.

I used to love coming to Jack’s in Reform for a great meal. The last couple years have shown me that I can literally go to the grocery store, buy what I need, and cook my own meal for less money, less time, cleaner conditions, and better food. I’m trying to figure out why the 3 piece chicken finger dinner that costs $8.02 (tax included) has incredibly small, dry, and stringy pieces of chicken. The Jack’s in Vernon, Fayette, and Northport have the same dinner for the same price except their chicken fingers are better quality by far. I just want my old Jack’s back… the one that had dependable meals and customer service. So, what’s the deal? Are you guys only getting baby chicken parts for your dinners? I’m truly disappointed.

Food was as expected. Went through the drive thru and only received a partial order. Went inside and had to wait for someone to come help.
