i ordered two chicken biscuits , they forgot to cook the chicken IT WAS RAW . i don’t complain about much but how could y’all be so careless? if that was my son he could’ve gotten seriously sick . then afterwards i asked for a scoop of ice cream and they had such a big attitude like i’m ordering the whole menu or something . food was unacceptable and their work ethic .

First I was told they “ran out” of breakfast items which seems like an issue a big chain restaurant should not be having. To top it off, got an order to go, was asked multiple times which sauce I wanted and by the end of it, still didn’t get the sauce I asked for. Overall Inside looks dirty/ unkept and drive thru employee was rude.

Caked in Mayo and got the end piece of the loaf. They couldn’t have opened a new loaf of bread? If they were out, that’s cool, just tell me and I’ll pick something else. Most folks don’t like the ends of the loaf, myself included. And I did not ask for a Mayo sandwich with egg and bacon. EASE UP ON THE MAYO, daggum.

My food was so hard and disgusting. The photo is what I got after complaining about the first 2 attempts to serve me. The manager was really rude and kept rolling her eyes. This was on my second visit. The first visit I ordered a half dozen cinnamon rolls to take to the office. They were hard and ice cold. When I said something about it the manager said that you have to request warm cinnamon rolls. I was completely done. Continue driving to the next county because this place is definitely not worth the money.

Love the staff in this location because no matter how busy they are they are always polite and helpful and friendly. I don’t know why they’re not seasoning the fries at any of the jacks anymore like they used to.

The staff at Jack’s in Mounville are ALWAYS so nice and helpful that we come from Greensboro to eat there and will stop in and eat on our way to Tuscaloosa or Tuscaloosa to Greensboro even though we aren’t hungry at that time!

I gave 1’s cause won’t let me do zeros but this place is terrible the worst fast food restaurant I have ever seen rude employees, dry food, slow slow slow slow service the place is only 2-3 years old and it looks like it has been there 20 years with no cleaning, roaches spiders inside and in the bath rooms with ants . NASTY NASTY NASTY don’t go there unless you want to get sick fall and get hurt from the nasty floors, oh yeah it takes them over 30 mins to do a grill chicken salad( they are already premade) they need to fire everyone there even the so called general manager. I wouldn’t send my worst worst worst enemy there to eat. Don’t waste your time and money at this place
