absolute worst customer service i’ve ever had coming into a fast food restaurant. was served by a woman in a blonde wig who was rude while taking my order, after taking my order, and while my friends ordered. the building smelt bad & they were out of a bunch of things not even an hour before close. she was clearly annoyed by our presence and should not be in customer service.

For what it is I give it 5 stars. A fast food restaurant on a major college campus. We were in town for Homecoming. It was a few hours before game time. Jack’s was not our first choice but we knew anything on the strip was going to be packed with wait times. My family of four (two teens) ate for under $30. Everyone commented that the burger and fries was better than expected (Maybe we’ve become spoiled to think we had to spend $50 plus). I wanted to try their chicken but another day. My kids have never been to Jack’s. The staff was very friendly and seemed attentive to details evem though it was a heavy crowd and probably had been for a while. TV for football watching and clean tables.
