Ordered Sausage Biscuits, Iced Mocha Coffees and regular coffee for delivery. The order arrived on time, hot and correct. Christopher, the delivery driver was very friendly and handled the order with care.

After sitting in the drive-through for what seemed like forever. Paid for my food and proceeded the wait again forever. I was asked what was I still doing there when I did not receive my food nor a receipt. And when they had to make change for the money, they couldn’t find the keys to the register. When we got the food, we got undercooked biscuits ,unseasoned fries, And drinks with no straws. And when we asked for ranch, we got three different kinds of dipping sauces other than ranch. I don’t advise anyone to go because the past four times we have been there. It has been the same.

We are 30 minutes in. It never fails, Talladega Jacks is the worst I’ve ever been to for their brand of food, this is terrible. The constant joke in Dega is, it’s the one D-Thru you always end up in park, everytime. Horrible customer service

Completely disappointed. I got the steakhouse patty melt no mushrooms. Hubs got the come back patty melt . Only thing they both had on it was the same orange sauce. I was told mine would have A1 but no. Ours looked exactly the same only difference mine had MUSHROOMS ON IT. fries were still raw. And the place wasn’t even busy

Waited a long time this morning in the drive through. Speaker is broke. They have a person taking orders on the curb. They didn’t have what I went there for. So I ordered biscuits and gravy. I don’t live close to Jacks. I got home and sat down to eat, on my second bite I had a long hair in my mouth. 100% a workers hair because I am bald so it can’t be mine. Very disappointing. They last straw for this Jack’s. Ever heard of a hair net? No, because I’ve never seen anyone in there with one. This Jack’s use to be awesome. Not so much now
