Ordered two meals both was the same except sides. Should have been whole wings. But came with a leg and thigh . Order was placed through the App. It’s a shame this was a good store but like most other chains they don’t read the orders.

I have been a regular customer at Jack’s for some time. However, after witnessing an incident on Saturday morning, neither my husband nor I will be returning to the Childersburg location. After I shared what occurred with my husband, who works for the Sheriff’s Department, we both agreed the behavior we observed was unacceptable. A manager was loudly yelling and repeatedly using profanity toward a young female employee in front of customers. I later spoke with the employee outside because it was clear she was very upset and likely embarrassed by the situation. She left the premises in tears. When I returned inside to retrieve my food, the manager was still loudly speaking negatively about her and even made an inappropriate comment involving her mother. This was not the first time we have witnessed this type of behavior, as the same individual has acted similarly during previous visits. Management behavior of this nature is extremely unprofessional, and I am very disturbed by how this situation was handled. It created an uncomfortable environment for I would imagine both employees and customers.

The cook in the back making the breakfast plates had a rude look on her face and when I kept standing there waiting on my food and the cashier asked what’s the hold up on the breakfast special she did a aggravated ugly look and just throwed stuff in there. Was not very satisfied this morning.

Rude as hell ! Food was all wrong customer service was terrible I came inside could hear everything the cooks were saying. Place was disappointing as a whole . Employees arguing instead of just fixing my food petty unprofessional attitude all the way around !

We love going to Jack on Thursday and Friday nights and being able to fellowship and play Bingo with friends and we are thankful for the Jack’s crew that is nice enough to host bingo for us

Not much in the business of complaining about stuff, but if you are the first point of contact for a customer maybe don’t have an absolutely terrible attitude and then get upset when a customer ask you to repeat a sentence. I hope you have a better day drive-through lady.

2nd time Ive eaten here, first time service was good food sucked. 2nd time (today) I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I would be ashamed at what they served if I worked there. Cold biscuit, cheese not melted and egg…. see accompanied pictures. Only thing good was the napkins and coffee. 2nd time was the last time.
Edit**. Don’t go this place. The counter gave my order away, I had to wait another 10 min after waiting 22 min for my order. This has to be the worst managed Jacks I’ve been to
