I went about 3pm. I was tired and hungry. The service was very good. I ordered the barbecue sandwich. It tasted good, but, it was like wZrm at best. The fries which I normally like were over fried, cold and rubbery. Now I would normally take them up to the counter and ask for new. However, I just chose to toss them as I was so tired just wasn’t in the mood to deal with it. The only reason l even mention this is because as soon as I sat to own with my tray and checked the fries my thought was these look Awful. Do I’m my opinion just by the look you could see they should not be served. So my team critism is that the workers though polite did not pay any attention to the food they were serving.

Hello I came in yesterday and something was missing out of my order I spoke with a manager by the name of Ayanna she was very friendly and kind she fixed my order with no problem apologized for the inconvenience and thank me for being a customer at Jack’s little did she know her kindness was just what I needed my experience was great and I will getting breakfast here from now own excellent customer service!!
