My family loves the hometown atmosphere, from the local school kids working behind the counter to the people coming through the door- they’re always friends or teammates that my son knows or his girlfriend’s cheerleader/ band friends. The food is almost always fresh and I feel comfortable enough with the staff if it wasn’t I would let them know. They are great and eager to please.

This is the 2nd time in about a week that my order was wrong or something was missing. They, here lately, can’t seem to get anything right. I ordered the 3pc fried chicken and UNSWEET tea. Cole slaw was missing and I got sweet tea. They are about to lose my business. They feel like they can get away with it because they are the only restaurant in Harpersville.

I am at this Jacks every morning. But there is one black lady that I don’t want to ever wait on me. She was reported on last week, I want to report her again. They have trays that are so messed up. I picked up one this morning and set it aside. She told me not to touch their stuff. She is a smart ass to several of us. I am not the only one. She doesn’t need to work there. Thank you Faye Poole.

Today’s job site was at the Jack’s, so I just couldn’t resist. First stop was the restroom which appeared clean w/ soap, towels and warm water provided. The overall inside appearance was pleasant and employees were courteous & attentive, ready to take my order. They do accept American Express AMEX cards for payment. I also did notice a bilingual employee taking an order in Spanish, Incase this is beneficial to you (allowing everyone to enjoy Jack’s).
I chose the Bacon Cheddar Melt (meal w/ Fries & drink), which I highly recommend! The fries are very good crispy and seasoned well. If you’re on 280, I recommend you stopping in here for a bite. Lunch was delicious!!

Ordered the bigger jack, received it and it looked like a smaller jack ♀️. The loaded Mac n cheese was pretty good, but the fries was cold. Waited a good 10 minutes.

Food is fine but if you go around 4 in the afternoon forget it. This is the third and maybe last time this has happened. I have been waiting 20 minutes to order. Not to get food just to place an order. They get everybody from the drive thru pretty quick but I can’t take a truck and trailor through that. If you have to dine in good luck.
