Service was very slow. While I was able to place my order and pay for it quickly, I was asked to park and my food would be brought out too me. The coffee I was handed at the window was cold and then I waited 20ish minutes and my food had not been brought out. I was forced to go inside to inquire about my order which they didn’t even have on their order screens. They then relatively quickly got me my food but it had to be remade. The also gave me another cup of coffee however it was full of coffee grounds.
While Jack’s is one of my go-to restaurants, especially for quick breakfasts, I will avoid this location at this point. I CANNOT recommend at all to go to this location.

I went in and the whole staff was super friendly from the woman at the register to the woman at the drive thru windows, even the two gentlemen in the back were smiling. Everyone had a positive attitude and had a friendly demeanor. Kyndal and Markita rate 5 stars all the way

Cashier was very rude. I went through the drive thru and the cashier told me that my chicken tenders had to cook for 4 minutes. She took my order at 1:34 and told me to pull my car down by the door. By 1:44 I was still waiting. I politely backed my car up to the window to ask how much longer and the cashier commence to talk to me get rude. I never raised my voice I was very calm about the whole interaction. When she finally brought my food to me around 1:51 she never apologized nor looked my way. She turned her back to me, gave me my food and walked off. Smh…. Horrible customer service

I requested with my big breakfast pancakes with butter and reminded the cashier at the window to not forget the butter. When my order was given to me by her I asked was the butter added for the pancakes, she said yes! I get to my destination, guess what no butter! I would have checked my completed order but trying to be considerate and not hold up her line, I pulled off! People like her who doesn’t mind telling you a lie or inconvenience you, beware! This could have really been ugly over butter for pancakes! Next time, I will keep going to where I can get want i want and encourage my friends to do likewise!

UNDERCOOKED BISCUITS. I don’t care about their nasty attitudes, but when you start undercooking food we have a food safety issue. And I’m sure the whole batch was undercooked cause how do you get two undercooked biscuits….. On your most busiest morning out the week.

Just left this Jack’s and got about 6 miles down the road, opened the container in which my cinnamon roll was in and clearly it had been broken off of or eaten off of! I turned around drove about 6 miles back and the manager on duty was nonchalant about it once I asked for my money back. I’m not a big fastfood guy by any means, and this experience make me never want to eat at a Jack’s again! Unacceptable!
