I love Jacks!! Their chicken fingers and biscuits are SOOOO GOOOOOOD!!! All the workers are so sweet and extremely friendly! I eat at Jacks almost every day so most of them know my name when I walk in. I usually put my order in on the app so I don’t have to wait in line and it’s always ready when I get there! Plus, I get points when I use the app that I can trade in for free food!! (And who doesn’t love free food?!?!!) I love Jacks!!!

They aren’t very friendly, and the drink area is always filthy. No napkins or straws and maybe there will be a lid. Usually I order online and pick up on my way to work but they act like they never get the order and then I have to wait and am late for work. It’s gotten very old and aggravating so I cut back going there.

food was good i got a burger and mashed potatoes. weird combo but it was good. sweet tea was good which is important especially since i am a mississippian. the woman was nice and patient with us and gave us the combo to help us save money which was nice and she made conversation with us it was uplifting i love jack’s now
one thing though is they should have mozarella sticks on their menu it would be a really good addition i wish they had them

Food is great, they are usually busy and in need of more staff like most others during rush hours. Overall most Jack’s are good, this one is better than most.

When I pay $5 for a shake, I don’t want a cup that’s only 3/4 full and melted, I expect to get what I paid for… also, poor customer service here and very unfriendly staff… they lady even picked up my shake off the counter and looked down into the cup(obviously saw the issue) and yet did nothing, handed it to me like nothing was wrong… I’ll definitely be spreading the word about this place, won’t be back either, I’ll take my money to Sonic, at least I’ll get what I paid for over there!
