My experience with Jack is very appreciated. The atmosphere is for a family’s . The tables are enough to accommodate up to six people, and it’s very clean and everything is right there at your finger tip. First time visit at this location. I’ve only been to one other location before in Alabama. I visited this location after 10pm. I already had a 79¢ XL drink from Circle K, so I just got the chicken strips and fries.

This Jack’s establishment is truly a gem. The space is exceptionally well-kept, with cleanliness clearly being a top priority, which made for a pleasant and comfortable experience. Every area, from the seating to the restrooms was immaculate, showcasing their attention to detail. The staff at Jack’s are also wonderful; they are friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The manager warm attitude and willingness to help made the visit even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Jack’s to anyone looking for a great environment paired with outstanding service.

Camilla needs to close ALL the other restaurants, especially McDonald’s bc this one right here is bussing I love the two lanes. They were SUPER busy but fast. Food was good. The strawberry cream pie was like heaven The prices are very reasonable. I will be going back this restaurant is definitely a hit NO misses❗

Some of the workers are very rude and attitude sucks this is how I received my shake! They didn’t try to wipe it off and on top of that the inside of it had a big gap in the middle. And when ordering they will say”is that it” over and over until you finish your order! The food is good it’s just some workers attitude needs adjustments!

I came by yesterday and the caucasian lady was so rude I guess she doesn’t care that I’m a older caucasian woman myself my husband and I always have been customers here but the way she acted was so rude I will never come back and I need to get in touch with corporate office immediately. My grandchildren are mix and she made a comment that ruined my husband and I meal. I will never come back if they allow people like her to work there.
