They are extremely nice, helpful, and extremely friendly. If they don’t have something you want they definitely will get it. They have a wide variety of vapes from beginners to pros(A little bit of this and a little bit of that) Every flavor you can think of they got it and if they don’t they will get it. I love their chicken, tater logs, bread sticks and their pizza. If you haven’t tried any of those foods you gots to try a little bit of them all. You won’t be disappointed.

Food is good when/if you actually get it. Service is awful! Waited 31 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 fry. At one point I thought, ok, they’re a little overwhelmed. When I saw people getting their food that ordered AFTER me (receiving same type of order as me) is when I lost my patience. Ordering from their app isn’t any better. I did this the time before for a different location and they lost the order. Won’t be going back. Fool me once…

It’s truly horrible to be in a rural area with very limited fast food options and you consistently get disappointed with the service at Jacks… I have tried so hard to give the place a shot because the staff, for the most part, are always kind. However, the issues with wait time, menu items running out and lack of knowledge of what’s available is sad…. I hate to say this, but I’d rather drive to another location (Eastman, Dublin) for better options and menu availability.

Let’s not talk about the time it takes for food to be cooked… It’s a gamble when you drive up on whether or not you’ll need to “pull up for your order to be brought out”. On multiple occasions, I’ve waited more than 30 minutes for food. I have even ordered my food online, waited the 10 minute window to pick up my food, only to be told that my food still needed to be prepared after I showed up…

Lastly, don’t get too detailed on a customized order…. you may as well guarantee that something will be wrong. I have yet to get a correct order with modifications in the last 4-5 months.

My first time at Jack’s and it was delicious! I had an egg and cheese biscuit and my boo had a chicken biscuit and said it was really good too. We also hot some hashbrowns to share and they were decent. I’d definitely get it again sometime.

We stopped to grab a snack to share on the way to Walmart to hold us over til dinner – because we both like Jack’s and the chicken I always yummy. We had to pull ahead and wait 15 minutes for our food and drinks to be brought out – which didn’t make sense, they weren’t even busy, but I’m patient. A four-piece chicken fingers meal with fries, a lemonade shake and a chocolate shake. The chicken fingers were not edible for me and two of them were tiny nuggets. My boyfriend had to eat them, he has no taste buds, I do. His lemonade shake cup was 85% full and had an overflow lid that was totally not even necessary as a portion of the shake was missing. And just my luck the very last fry I ate was a salt stick
Back to the Chicken Box next time.

I couldn’t wait to try this new restaurant. The inside is very nice. I loved the way it’s set up. The menu has a nice variety. My order was just as I ordered. I got a hamburger and fries with a drink and a Chocolate shake. The hamburger was good, the fries were not. The milk shake cost me $4.00 and it was Just Scooped ice cream. No Cream in it at all. I was so disappointed. A meal for 2 people was over $30 and you can’t get a Milkshake right? I would like to go back and maybe try the chicken and see if they can get my next milkshake right…. if so, I will definitely change my review. I’m thinking that it’s because they are New and have not gotten adjusted good yet

The chicken was good. No complaints about the taste of any of the food. However, Jacks was out of many items, and I had to change my order several times to get something that they had in stock. Service was ok, but they seemed to be short-staffed.

I wish we had one of these in my neck of the woods (Florida.) It’s like KFC, but way better. The service was a little slow, but my wife and I loved the food (for being fast food.)

The staff have always been very nice and professional. They had to pull me due to my large breakfast order, but got me the food very quickly and it was hot and very tasty!

So this was the second time in about a month that the food to some extent was not edible. The first times it was just that the biscuits were very hard- too hard to chew, almost too hard to break up for the birds.. just a total waste. This time today, September the 8th, I specifically asked my husband (who is picking up the food) to ask about the biscuits being soft. Here’s the clincher that will keep me from going back to that store ever again… he was told “that’s just the way they are this time of day”, which was about 3:30 p.m. Now one would think that a fast food restaurant might want to have fresh food available for an after-school crowd, but I guess that’s just my mistaken opinion. But it’s the attitude of the employee that will keep me from ever coming again. Today I had two biscuits that were maybe 20% edible. Also this time the chicken was dry- I was only able to eat say 70% of the chicken. That’s unacceptable
