We were staying next door in a hotel and decided to give Jack’s a try. We passed them all the time but I have never stopped. We ordered it in the room and then went next door and picked it up. ️This was our very 1st visit to Jack’s and definitely our LAST
️We ordered a sausage biscuit, chicken biscuit and 2 hashbrowns
️Biscuits are small (see my pics)
️Hashbrowns taste like they were fried in week old grease
️My adult daughter found a LONG HAIR in her biscuit, so I absolutely did NOT bother biting into mine
️I removed the smoked sausage and found it to be completely TASTELESS; My daughter stated the same about her chicken
️We throwed it ALL AWAY and went somewhere else to eat as we were preparing to hit the highway heading north

️The young lady at the window was not very welcoming, she seem more annoyed than anything, which is weird as it was 10 in the morning- Why did you come to work with that attitude

I tried this place out, I’ve never seen or been to a Jack’s, like ever. So I had to try them out. Service was great, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt. They said they were known for their fried chicken, so that’s what I tried. I ordered a three piece, you get 2 sides drink not included. I got the coleslaw, which was great, it’s was the creamy style. I also ordered their mashed potatoes and gravy, which was super surprisingly good. The potatoes were firm, not like a Swanson tv dinner. Gravy was thick and delicious. The fried chicken breading was flaky and crunchy, excellent. The chicken itself was juicy. I recommend people try this place.

I had a really great experience at Jacks. There is one employee there that I want to point out, her name is Brandy. Brandy is an awesome employee and always makes sure everyone is taken care of. She’s friendly, helpful, and makes the experience better every time. I was really satisfied with her service and would definitely recommend Jack’s to a friend because of her.

This location just opened in Dublin. The health score is an 88.6. Should have been a red flag. The service in the evening is horrible. The entitlement is horrible. They are supposed to serve us not expect us to just take what ever. This is a pic of the “bigger jack burger”. They didn’t know what they were doing. Told us to get the lemonade from the drink station. It was not there and they argued that it was. Took them 10mins to make 1 milk shake that they forgot. Had over 10 people working and said it was busy with 2 customers in the building and 3 cars in the drive through.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever experienced in my experience of life. The food was a delicious experience, the service was impeccable and an extremely fast experience. My favorite part of my experience on this trip to Jacks was my experience with Uncle Pat (Patrick). He was very funny and told us about all of his experiences. My experience in using the restroom was a great experience. It gave my hands a warm experience and was a clean experience. All together this was a great experience.
