CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORST. LADY SHORT OLD 4FT SOMETHING IN BACK SCREAMING SOMETHING LIKE.
WERE SHORT HANDED ITS GONNA BE “A MINUTE”
THEN THEY FORGOT MY PORTIONS WENT BACK TO COUNTER AS 3 EMPLOYEES ON PHONE GIGGLES AND TOOK ANOTHER 6 MIN.. WOW.

Decided to try Jack’s again after a few years (2 different locations, 1st was Fort O, 2nd was Dalton) As a pick up order this time- Upon arriving, I was greeted at the speaker, and was told to come to the window. Both employees we’re very nice, and the employee at the window was very helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Arriving home to eat my dinner- it turned out very delicious and exceeded my expectations. Definitely was NOT disappointed, and definitelywill return in the future. Great job guys.!!

The team members are amazingly empathetic. They don’t stare or make you repeat yourself just to be smart alecks. I don’t eat pork and they remember that when I come in, always smiling through the rush. Only complaints I ever hear are from people who haven’t worked fast food before, they have no idea how hard the job is. The managers spend quality time with regular customers and make us feel like family

Went to grab something to eat because of my blood sugar. Went through the drive through and tried to order a 2 cheeseburger combo and 1 of them not have cheese because I am lactose intolerant and my fiance was going to eat the other one. Man with tattoos said they come with meat, cheese, and buns so I ended up ordering 2 chicken sandwiches. Its not hard to adhere to someone’s needs and not put cheese on a burger and leave the cheese on another.

I went to visit Jack’s on November 1st after taking my kid’s trick or treating at Miracle Field for special needs children. The front counter attendant, Allie, was very friendly, attentive and very understanding of my children having autism (all three of them, ages 10, 15 and 16). It’s like she knew exactly how to speak with them, engage with them, and just showed complete compassion. We don’t go in public very much due to people and how they stare and judge, but Allie showed exemplary customer service, not just in taking our order, but when she came into the dining room to clean. She came over to speak to us, asking if we needed anything, how the food was, ect… We definitely will be back. We hope she is working when we come! My kid’s enjoyed meeting her and STILL talk about her. They say she’s their NEW FRIEND . Kindness goes a long way and I just thought it should be recognized. What happened to this place? Is it just this location? They literally have like a tiny menu like it never changed from covid. No egg rolls, no tacos, no teriyaki bowls. Asked about breakfast they said they had breakfast at 6pm, but couldn’t make eggs? Why can’t you make eggs? And that means no, you dont have breakfast, because you have like 4 breakfast items, and all of them require eggs. I have no idea what happened, because this used to be the place for variety, but they have the most limited menu of all the fast food places now. Sad.

Ok but very often the get the order wrong and it would be very simple. I usually order a chicken sandwich with no pickles. I can’t tell you how many times that they get that order wrong. I don’t always have time to check before I go home. I’ve got a son that absolutely does not like pickles he is on the spectrum. He can tell. I’ve even tried to take the pickles off.
