Not only did I not receive an edible biscuit for my order this morning ♀️ , but when I returned to the counter to have it corrected, it seemed as though the manager was already aware of the issue before I even reopened it to show it to her, and she snickered and immediately said, oh yes maam, I’ll have that remade. The first biscuit was cold practicallyfell apart just not even edible nor could i pick it up . Thankfully, she did replace it, but that’s not the point that prompted us to share our experience on Facebook: if you visit this establishment, please pay attention to and observe who and how your food is being prepared, because my fiancé witnessed the manager preparing other couples’ plates without wearing gloves, while our plate was being prepared by employees wearing gloves. Additionally, she was communicating with her employees to obtain a sign that reads come to Jack’s and have one of them stand outside, etc., similar to what advertisers do, which is not an issue. However, discussing plans to stand directly in front of another restaurant beside yours, in front of your customers, is simply not decent behavior. just all around a sad experience and Jacks company is one of our favorite restaurants however it will take a good time for us to return to this location.

I previously swore off Jacks because usually when I go the food was never right, the service is normally horrible, & I leave disappointed. BUT… I have to give credit where credit is due. Today the man working the drive through window at 2:10 pm on 3/7 was so kind. He had a fantastic attitude & smile on his face. He actually talked to me instead of just barking at me to pull up like most of the girls do there. Then he personally brought my meal to my car and the entire order was fresh, HOT, & correct. Whoever that man is, needs a pat on the back and told he’s doing a great job. Thank you sir. You will be the reason I return next time & I hope this trend of service and kindness continues for the company.

This was my first visit, and the food was very fresh and delicious. The service was great and fast Drive-Thru. We got a holiday deal with a cheeseburger, fries and chicken nuggets. Wow! I love all of it especially the chicken nuggets bites. And, I usually don’t eat chicken nuggets anywhere. Next time I will get my burger with lettuce and tomato added. And, I saw they have lunch plates, with fried chicken, tenders green beans, biscuits and more.

Always friendly service, I think they are very underrated. Sometimes it make a few mins to get food but manly if its busy. Ive had a few different items. The merry meal deal is great along with chicken strips, and cheese burger and chicken sandwich. All great so far. They had a great selection of ice-cream or shakes.

So the food was delicious all fresh and hot. The hand breaded chicken was very good. The problem was I had to wait forever for it. Not really, but the staff didn’t give me any updates. They looked overwhelmed, and folls in the dining room were getting annoyed, waiting to order. The dining room was decor was nice for a fast food restaurant, but no one was cleaning off tables work working with folks in the dining room area.

The food was good. They had gotten my order wrong, and as soon as I went in there the guy that took my order was like “you wanted legs right?” Like he knew they did my order wrong like it was on purpose. They all had a nasty attitude and acted like they didn’t want to serve me. Downright awful service, but food was delicious! Fix y’all’s attitudes, or DONT work in customer service. I myself can do it all day long and stay happy as a pig in mud, because I used to work at both a restaurant and a gas station, I was always with a smile and loved talking to customers!

I cant complain. I perfer the chicken dinner. I like the theme. The food tastes fresh and not like factory food and i can tell the chicken is hand breaded and the mashed potatoes are AMAZING. The atmosphere felt welcoming and homely. And the survice is perfect. Not fast, not slow. Ps: the menu is easy to remember with one glance. Even though thare is a bifg slections of meals.

Their fries are pretty good, but they always burn them. Their cinnamon rolls have almost no icing. That’s the best part!! The wait times are obnoxious. They ALWAYS make me pull forward and then it’s at least a 10-to-15-minute wait. They need to re-train their staff. There should not be a wait with only a few people either in the drive-thru or in the restaurant.

Worst place ever to come and eat. Staff is not friendly at all. They cannot answer questions about their food on the board. Manager spends her time flipping her hair back-and-forth while touching food and talking on the phone at the same time can’t get answers. Can’t get service.
