Stopped in Jacks this morning for coffee and a breakfast wrap meal. Hashbrowns were cold, no cream or sugar for coffee. Server was very short and cold. The wrap was almost empty. A piece of bacon and slice of cheese very little egg. I would t recommend a breakfast here

Ordered online through the app. The food that was right was okay, but nothing to write home about.
1: Ordered fries and biscuit as sides for the meal, got no fries and 2 biscuits. Might have been fine with that if I was asked, but I will never return to any restaurant that decides how I spend my money for me.
2: It was lunch time, they were busy, which is fine. Online pickup station was empty 15 minutes past pickup time. I’m standing there with my phone in my hands looking for my order like all the signage tells me to, have to wait for 6 people to be served in front of me for them to tell me I should’ve just gotten in the line like a normal customer to get my food.
3: Inside was dimly lit and they had an obviously sick employee handling people’s food when law requires restaurant management to send sick handlers home.
4: Zero methods to resolve this available through the app where I was charged- the help button links to an FAQ on the website that doesn’t help with anything to do with order inaccuracies and the survey button is defunct and outdated. If they screw up you just eat it or do without.
5: Doesn’t value my health, time, or my money; will not be back to this location ever.

The breakfast is excellent and the price is great. I usually get the breakfast special with eggs, bacon, grits, gravy, and biscuit. Fried chicken is good and my husband likes the burgers. Delicious. We will be back. We went again on 2/3/25 and everything was delicious. We will return.

Me and my family got breakfast here and it was the worst jacks iv ever been to by far! The biscuits came out very hard, dry, and poorly prepped. And the staff was very rude on top of that, would not recommend breakfast not sure about their lunch.

My son and I eat here several times a week. But, today and other days when this manager is working. The food isn’t fresh. It’s already boxed up and the place is completely cleaned up at 7:30 at night. The grease is drained and they won’t cook anything else. They don’t close until 10. So they lose business. We will not eat here on the nights this manager works. Made the mistake and ate there before and the chicken was dry fries old. It was horrible.

We order white meat chicken every time. Every time we get dark meat. So we waste our money on incompetence because we don’t eat dark meat. This time was the last time for ordering chicken from here. The really sad part is we had to wait for the wrong food to be brought out.
