The food was delicious, fresh and was warm. The burger i ordered was very good wasnt messy like other places ive been to. Tabitha and her team were amazing and we’re on top of everything. Also customers service was above and beyond and I will definitely order food from here again.

i came inside to order my food bc i seen that the drive thru had a few bit of cars. As i come inside the restaurant off the rip im getting bad vibes from the manger & the crew that was up front, i casually over hear talking about how evrything their schedules are made their always somehow still under staff, and that poor boy in the back??!!! shouldn’t have to be over worked because people can’t work, that’s where another manager should get involved, i hear all this as im trying to order my food? Then when i receive my #4 combo, it wasn’t even made correctly, i could have been allergic to onions! I asked for the combo to the plain with just ketchup. Don’t think i would ever be coming here again, the sitting areas were also not clean, crew had attitudes up front. I don’t think it’s fair to teenagers that work fast food when someone else can’t work it shouldn’t be thrown all on one person, especially when managers are suppose to help.

Had an order tonight because we had a family member die so we had a big order. They were absolutely rude to us, didn’t give us our 8 sauces that came with it. Told us that we had to buy extra. They were mad that we had a large order and were just complete jerks. Will not ever eat there again. Would like a manager to get in touch with me.

My boyfriend and I went there to get milkshakes and the number 5 meal and one milk shake was not mixed all the way. The other one was not what we ordered and over mixed. The third one was over mixed too and half a milk shake and had too much milk in it. Our burger and fries wasn’t hot nor warm and our fries was not filled all the way. It is ridiculous that when you want a good burgers and fries with milkshakes you don’t even get it warm. We even had to wait for it. That is even more ridiculous. Had to wait for what? A couple of cold burger with too thick of a milkshake, a wrong milkshake and too watery on the third. I will not go back to this restaurant. I rather drive somewhere else to get fresh food and good milk shakes.

Service is quick, staff is polite, restaurant clean, Jack’s is one of the few restaurants that has burgers, fries, and fried chicken dishes. Ample parking, conveniently located off the main road. No playground, but a fine environment for young kids.

I like their food for the most park. I really can’t comment on the atmosphere as we always get take out. What you must be aware of is getting shorted on your order. As recently happened I ordered their fried chicken family pack but was shorted a couple of pieces. Normally this would not be an issue but that day we were feeding several so we needed those extra pieces. I subbed something else so it worked out. This was not the only time this happened on a large order but I’ll have to check everything before I head home next time.
