Jack’s is the classic small business donut shop and dinner all rolled into one. Get the apple crumb donut. Definitely a place to stop at on my next drive. Fresh donuts made daily and the sandwiches hit the spot. We stopped for breakfast on our way back to Philly. The breakfast sandwich was perfectly filling for both myself and my kid. We bought some donuts to go. Definitely recommend the apple crumble. It was perfect and so much better than the chains. Loved this little local joint. It is a gem on the highway.

My daughters and I love trying new donut places, especially mom and pop shops or local bakeries. We drove about 25 mins to try Jack’s. Old and charming little spot – we well warmly welcomed. The service and coziness of the spot is why it got 2 stars instead of 1. With that said, the reason we went there was for the donuts. Weekend mornings are usually the prime time to get donuts. We ordered a variety of six donuts. Each donut was more stale than the next. I honestly could not believe it. They seemed like they were old, left over donuts. The dough was hard and dry. The icing fell off in big pieces. Very very disappointing. If I’m in the area, I might give them a try again. If I do, I’ll revisit this review.

First time at Jacks. We went for a quick snack. Mango smoothie was delicious! Full of flavor and so fresh. Also ordered the açaí bowl! The fruits were tasty. We shared the bowl since it’s a pretty big size. Hope to go back to try their breakfast!

I’ve been meaning to try this place’s breakfast for a long time and finally decided to do it and oh my god.
I got the breakfast sandwich with a cinnamon roll as the bun and the mix of flavors was immaculate, the cinnamon roll itself was delicious.
My friend got a combo meal and the home fries were seasoned so well and tasted great mixed with the syrup he used on his pancakes which were also fluffy and delectable.
The coffee was also fantastic, for some reason diner coffee always tastes better than what my pot makes.
The staff was so friendly and welcoming, Lana was so nice and sweet to use despite us not being regulars and this being our first time.
I’ll 100% come back and recommend this place to anyone who loves a small town vibe and breakfast!

Like many others say, the staff is amazing! I got to meet the owner and she was super sweet. She even gave me a fresh donut they just made. I came here for their signature Jack’s donut breakfast sandwich. It was very good, the eggs and sausage had great flavor. My only criticism would be that it’s too much donut. I think it would be excellent if they just cut one in half, rather than 2 whole donuts. Homefries were savory and well cooked. So breakfast they got it. Sadly I got my wife a chicken salad sandwich that was really bad. So bad she only took 2 bites and threw it out. I tried it and it was just very bland and had way too much mayo. All an all this is a 3 star spot but again the staff and the owner were fantastic and they alone deserve a five star rating. But hey, I never thought of stopping here at all but I’m glad I did after I saw my guy JL check it out. Give them a shot. I know I’ll be back.

After hearing rave reviews about their donuts for years I decided to try them for a Christmas Eve brunch. The woman working was very nice, fast& attentive. However the donuts themselves were really nothing special. The frosting was hard and crumbled with one bite in and overall flavor was just ok. Not sure how it became such a legendary local spot

Great customer service. I have only tried the fat Jack. It’s so good that I don’t want anything else lol the coffee is actually really good. I never care much for diner’s coffee. But theirs is actually good. It a small and simple neighborhood diner. My husband loves their fully loaded home fries. I will post pics in a little as I just ordered from there again. If your looking for a chill spot to eat with someone or even alone I would highly recommend stopping in. The doughnuts are also very yummy!

Terrible service and mediocre food. Astonishing wait time for simple breakfast food. My friend and I called in an order 2 breakfast sandwiches on a roll and a smoothie. We came to pick up our order they were on hoagie rolls which was odd and my sandwich had 2 pieces of bacon and no cheese on it. The smoothie also was not made and at this point we didnt have time to keep waiting around. This was my second time here waiting for at least 20-30 minutes for food that should take 10 minutes to make. It was not busy either.
