I love the fried pickles here! They’re the best around. I recommend their appetizer basket- where ya can pick 3 apps and in smaller portion sizes but it’s definitely filling. The drinks and everything there isn’t that bad in pricing and I love the atmosphere and people that go there and work there! It’s a great little shindig! Good times and food to be ate and enjoyed here!☺️

Always great fish fry, salad bar and hash browns. Onion rings are a special treat. Wonderful deal on made to order fried chicken which is really hot and fresh when it arrives. Breading is done by hand, like the fish, but would be an absolute knockout if Jacks added just a bit more seasoning to the chicken breading..like poultry seasoning, pepper and garlic. But still great as is!

Had the Friday cod fish fry and fried chicken, both were outstanding! The batter was delicious and crispy. Service was great. The salad bar could use a few more veggies but to find a salad bar up north is hard so very happy!

The service is horrible. The bartenders do not acknowledge you and it takes forever to get an order in. Too bad because the guy cooking on Friday and Saturday nights is great. *** In reference to the response *** the drink was not bought nor didni ask for it to be. I waited over 15 min to be said “Hi” to. There were 5 people of regulars not eating at the corner by the door. 3 tables with 2 to 4 a table… less than half the tables…. and 2 people to my left. Inwas ther an hour for a togo order. The people to my left asked if I was ever going to be able to place an order. I didn’t recognize them. So thank you for you apologies but this has been common practice several times I have been in you establishment. Also this response says it came from the “owner” you wee not there.

Absolutely the best fried chicken ever! Each piece is hand-battered to order. So crisp and juicy. Great prices. Stop in every year while on vacation. Has become a must-stop for us. You have to stop in and try it.

Diamond in the rough. Jacks is the best place in PF; the staff at Jacks are amazing and work hard — they really take care of you there. Drinks are deliciously stiff and food is top notch. Always make a stop at Jacks when in PF.
