Nice restaurant. Great brisket, the smoked Mac and cheese was quite tasty. But the surprise was the baked beans! WOW. I’m used to pretty standard beans no matter where, but these were notably fantastic! Worth a stop in the really cute downtown of Sweetwater.

Jack’s BBQ has to be the best in all of Tennessee! Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork; you name it they got it.
Jacks is located in Sweetwater a nice fun quaint little town with plenty of places to walk around and shop after!
They make all of their sauces and sides in-house and offer the ability to accommodate food allergies, specifically Gluten Allergies.
Jack’s BBQ is definitely worth a trip and your time!

Went for a late lunch today.. Stumbled across Jacks BBQ. Had no idea what to expect.. We were thoroughly surprised and fully satisfied. Jacks is an unassuming place with FANTASTIC brisket. The owner was there and waited on us, He we very friendly and helpful. He made sure the food was to our liking. We will most assuredly return for more meals. The food was fresh and very tasty. Don’t get me started on the potato salad (MMMMM Fresh). I highly recommend Jacks!

Been in Eastern TN for 7 mo & looking for good BBQ, esp. ribs. For 2 hours(4-6), we were the only customers. Can’t understand why because the meat was melt-in-the-mouth delicious. The brisket was so tender I should have used a spoon to pick it off the plate. Ribs were very tender and burnt ends succulent. Slaw was sliced, not chopped, with right amount of seasoning. Our partners were pleased with the smoked mac&chs. Basic menu.
Wished there was a a choice of sauces(reg, sweet & spicy); but … .Portions were just right, nothing to take home.

Amazing BBQ! Pit Smoked just like meat should be and cooked perfectly! Tender and moist without sauce, but you’ll want the sauce, it’s also great! Large selection of tasty sides like smoked Mac & Cheese and Corn on the Cob.

Had a solid time just sitting on the patio, drinking a beer, and enjoying the view of historic downtown. Visiting from Florida and glad I stopped here. Four stars only because my brisket was kind of dry, but food was good overall and the chick at the front was kind and very helpful.

The quick, friendly service & lovely outdoor seating was excellent. The food was good (chicken BBQ sandwiches, potato salad, smoked Mac-n-cheese, and a pork platter). The sauce (vinegar based) was sweet with a kick.
