Imagine going to Jack’s for the first time and they already mess up your order.
I paid extra for add-ons and specific customizations, only to open my food and see that it was made incorrectly. I was charged for items that were either missing or done the exact opposite of what I requested. If I’m paying for bacon, cheese, and modifications, I expect them to actually be on the burger — not ignored.
This wasn’t a complicated order, and I even ordered online to avoid mistakes. Instead, I wasted money and ended up disappointed before even taking my first bite. For a first impression, this was terrible.
If you’re going to charge customers for add-ons, make sure the order is right. I shouldn’t have to double-check my food every time, especially when I’m paying extra.

I would give no stars if I could! I came in here to get 4 chicken biscuits and they all were not done my younger brother which is 6 not knowing any better ate his so I’m hoping he doesn’t get sick they are so worried about getting orders out gonna kill somebody this is unacceptable!

This was my very first time going to a Jack’s and I was impressed with food and service. This restaurant recently opened in west Jackson. People talk about west Jackson but there are still decent restaurants etc and it’s very safe during the day and in some places at night. So don’t believe the hype about it all being bad.
The food was delicious!! I went a 2nd time and had salad which it was fresh but they use iceberg lettuce which has absolutely no nutritional value. The food is definitely better than the salad.
There is a cream and shake area that’s very nice. The restaurant has TV’s and is decorated very nice.
There is very easy access from Ellis Ave and hey 80. Plenty of free parking and the drive through is very nice.
The prices of food is very reasonable compared to other restaurants. Not as high and good value for your money.
I hope they keep the restaurant up. The 2nd time I went it was t as clean as it was the first time BUT it was f dirty. I think they have pretty good management so it should be clean for most part.

Jack’s is a very nice local southern restaurant. This location is the newest addition to the Jacks family of business. I would highly suggest going to try them out. They have a great selection of breakfast and lunch meal options. They also have a great selection of ice creams for dessert. I don’t know if their great customer service will continue but the day I went they were full to the gills in workers and customers and my order was still prepared unbelievably fast. They also had workers continuously going table to table asking if customers needed refills or anything at all. The atmosphere is nice being that you have a newly built building lots of seating and a large TV to watch as you eat. Definitely go try them out and show some love and hopefully they will continue on to open more in the greater Jackson area.

My1st time seeing what the hype was about and they need to Fire&Hire the drive thru staff!!
The Food was perfect! Loved it! Aside from what my order was missing from the horrible ratchet noncaring employees. She was a Total turnoff to my appetite and rude, unprofessional and attitudinal. Raised my family’s pressure uncomfortably on a good day. Forgetting my family’s drinks and condiments even after repeating it back to me first.Rushing me to order and let my window down with smart remarks on microphone not knowing if its the customers first time or not at a NEW restaurant!!! 2 people talking at the same time with everything they said, very confusing and misleading and awkward. Disregarding at the window with no care if you stay/eat to support them or not saying Bye and other remarks repeatedly talking over me! ??? Like This is why the place is built by the owners with all their invested cash in tbis location…Why are the faces we see first and last representing them like this? I work in food/hospitality 10+ years!!
