Took my parents out to dinner. Everything was great. We ordered southwest egg rolls for appetizers. My dad ordered the meatloaf, it was a huge piece and looked incredible. My mom and I got the country fried chicken with squash casserole. The chicken was so crispy and delicious. I might need that casserole recipe and my husband got the catfish. He cleaned his plate!! Also had the turtle cheesecake for dessert. It was a HUGE slice, had to take that home with me!

Food was great as always! We went to dinner with another couple. We had (in order of what I liked best first) Steak salad, Jack’s melt, Crab cake meal, Cuban sandwich. One of the best things is the homemade salad dressings and fresh ingredients. Service was a little slow (and they were busy) or I would have given a 5. We will definitely be back.

Sort of a small place but they gladly and quickly shuffled things around to seat our party of 11. The waitresses were absolutely amazing and sooo friendly. Everyone’s food was really good…no, Outstanding. We went on Monday …Italian Night…it was way better that Olive Garden…seriously. You gotta try this place. The prices were also amazingly reasonable. And you will have leftovers. I had Chicken Parmesan on a bed of spaghetti and really meaty sauce. It was like 2 meals. Spent about $42 for 2 meals….no drinks.

Definitely can tell this is a local gem. Driving through the area looking for dinner this menu caught our eye, lots of familiar dishes for our party of 6 to choose from. By far the best food we have eaten out of our entire vacation, and the friendliest staff around! Bit of a wait due to limited seating but well worth it! Portions were also so large we needed a Togo bag! Definitely able to get a meal to share. Also a great atmosphere with the bar setting, inexpensive large drink selection! Our waitress name was Kim, she was patient and kind. Very nice to my kids when they ordered and gave them the chance to order. We got some of the best steaks we ever had before!

Absolutely the best service!!!! Our waitress was the sweetest person ever!!! The Cajun Pasta is amazing!!!!! A little spicy but omg the best pasta I have ever had!!! Huge serving as well. It’s a little hole in the wall but don’t let the size scare you away from trying Jacks. You won’t be disappointed. Great atmosphere and overall great experience.

Their steaks focus on the flavor of the meat, not so much on seasoning. Jack knows what he’s doing. Perfectly cooked ribeye mashed potatoes homemade – everything is essentially homemade. We loved it so much that we went for brunch again today!
The breakfast was awesome, BISCUITS WERE AMAZING! Everything we ordered was delicious, not overly greasy. An absolute YES on brunch too! Go give it a try!

I usually have an amazing experience at Jack’s in Braselton, however my recent visit not so much. Jack’s is usually reliable, especially when Mecca is working. Mecca pays attention, stays professional, and provides top-tier service. During my last visit, I had Roxana as my server, the service was terrible and she spent most of the time wrapped up in her own relationship drama instead of focusing on customers. The quality in service just isn’t there when it comes to Roxana, just quantity. Management needs to recognize Mecca’s quality service and address the unprofessional experience I had this time.

So glad I decided on this spot! Called and placed my order with the sweetest employee. I can’t remember her name now but her customer service was great. She told me to pick up my order at the bar. Most bars I’ve walked into give off a slightly uncomfortable vibe but this place was very welcoming and had it been earlier in the evening I would have definitely stayed to eat there. Im kicking myself for not remembering the name of the awesome woman that took and gave me my order. She instantly made you feel like you were a regular and I enjoyed chatting with her while I paid. I ordered the grilled chicken alfredo and was more than surprised at the presentation, quality, and portion size. It was the best chicken alfredo I’ve had in forever. It’s hard to find food anymore that makes you saw wow…but wow. They have my business from now on when working in the area!
