The food here is very fresh delicious and fast. We tried the spicy teriyaki and the bulgogi bento box. Everything was perfectly balanced in flavor and I can’t say this enough. Fresh ingredients and freshly made with care. The staff was also super friendly and kind which tops it all off as a business I will be proud to support as a newly proclaimed regular haha

Ate here before work, i use to come here with my dad as a kid before work and brings back nostalgia. Best karaage curry reminds me of when i was in Japan. If you love Aiyashi in lynnwood this is close to home without the travel, check them out i love takoyaki ✌️✌️✌️

Wow. Talk about sneaky stuff here… the previous reviews are correct. I asked for spicy, she upsold me for 5 dollars for some special sauce. I agreed, whatever sounded good. But then $8 dollar up charge for brown rice… that’s nearly $30 dollars for spicy chicken teriyaki w brown rice. Wow. I went back in for a receipt but of course they didn’t want to provide itemized.
$65 for spicy teriyaki, chicken yakisoba and a SIDE shrimp tempura. On the menu it says 8… no way that’s what I was charged when chicken yakisoba says 15. Make it make sense.
Be aware that you will not pay what’s on the menu. Shady.
Seems the long winded responses to side salads to previous reviews with poor attitude is trying to cover something up. The young girl working the front thinks she is much more than she is. Time for a reality check to this business and the girl who thinks she is big time haha.
Good luck, I highly recommend not going here (even on Sunday and you’re stranded for teriyaki).

This place is so great to stop into on my way to work. I get the honey sesame chicken and it’s delicious and has just enough sauce to be saucy but not soggy. It could be a bit sweeter but it’s still amazing. The portion size is nice and the prices are fair. The grocette was so warm and fluffy and crunch and it was absolutely amazing! The gyoza was so good, a staple for a at work snack! The people are so kind and they have a very fun, happy energy to them. Definitely going to keep coming back!

Jackpot Teriyaki in Tulalip was an underwhelming and mediocre experience. Service was done well by polite people who brought out the food very quickly and got us water immediately when we asked. I am very grateful that they had cooked dinner for my partner and I, although this has to be the most underwhelming food I have had in the Marysville area. The prices were on the higher end for teriyaki shops nearby, and the food was nothing special. Honestly, this was the very first time in my 20+ years of life that I found myself eating food and wishing I was at a different restaurant. Perhaps it was just the food today, or maybe that’s how the food is everyday, but I won’t be trying again to find the answer to that.
For specifics on the dissatisfaction on the food I had ordered, what I got was the Garlic Honey Chicken Wok. This is one of my favorite things to get from any teriyaki restaurant, and this is the first time I found it difficult to eat. The chicken was served with large slices of garlic in a honey sauce, (two of my favorite flavors) although all I could taste was garlic and salt. I felt as if the sweetness that the honey was supposed to provide could not be found at all in this dish, leaving me with the hearty amount of garlic as the forward flavor. Again, perhaps this was just today, but honey garlic chicken is not a very difficult dish to do right, and if this is the standard served here I would rather keep my distance.
Lastly, I would like to thank the owners for having us and cooking us dinner. Restaurant business surely cannot be easy, and we were treated like guests and served dinner, that cannot be argued.

Best food ever! I love coming here the atmosphere is amazing and the workers are so nice. Literally go to this place right now. It’ll be ur new favorite spot. Love the sweet and sour chicken.

I just had a long flight and this was one of the first places I decided to stop by! I’m sorry about not providing the full photo, I didn’t have time because this was just TOO good! Min was the cashier and was MORE than helpful about what I should try and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I WILL be coming back for more! 10/10 would recommend, don’t pass up this quaint and yummy store!

I was about to order Teriyaki from this place for my family tonight. Then I saw this to a customer complaint reply….
“Thank you for your understanding, I know there’s misunderstandings on your end. If you come back again, we will provide better experience. Thanks again. – Jackpot Team.”
What a turn off it is to see a company attempt to address a complaint and then turn around and blame the customer for the way they felt from the service they were provided. If you work in an industry where customer service should be a top goal with the quality of your food, and this is how you respond to people who are unsatisfied? It leaves me wondering if if they truly want you to truly return to their establishment. Or whether they just want to blame you for not seeing it the way they think you should have. A company taking accountability doesn’t mean they were wrong it means they’re willing to see that sometimes they can improve on their end ♀️. Sad

Ordered the special Korean fried chicken wings. It was too delicious. Crispy, crunchy, saucey, a little sweet, a little spicy and a whole lotta flavor. Definitely recommend!
