Very nice breakfast spot. Eggs were large, bacon plentiful, everything cooked perfectly. Only the hash browns were kind of plain – they could benefit from some peppers, onions, and that hash brown crunch. Service was super friendly and top notch. The interior has a counter with about eight and for booths. A separate room has maybe a dozen tables and four booths. Prices are reasonable.

This was our first time stopping into Jackie’s restaurant. We had a delicious Father’s Day brunch that included blueberry lemon pancakes that were soft fluffy, a western omelette that hit the spot kindergarten omelette. Everything was delicious and delivered rather quickly to our table. We left feeling full and recommend this place for a quick breakfast stop. We will definitely be coming back.

Cozy atmosphere. Pub type food. Food was tasty. Don’t miss the signs when you come in and on the menu CASH ONLY. It was ok because I had cash. I had the hummus plate it comes with sweet potato fries, nice and crispy the way I like. Coffee was good! The other plates were good too. The burger was big with plenty of fries. The rueben was good too. Nice place with plenty of room. Bathrooms were clean.

My fiance and I stopped by Jackie’s on a whim and to our surprise were pleasantly impressed. We walked in not sure if they were even open, but were greeted by a waitress and sat right down. The service was excellent and although there was barely anybody else there (except for a table with 2 ladies) the food was amazing! I got the western omelet with American cheese and it was cooked to perfection. Not fluffy, but had a ton of good flavor. My fiance got the Bantam Skillet and said it was really good as well! We highly recommend this place!

Low-key basic breakfast place with a great selection of items.
Nothing fancy, from a service and atmosphere perspective, but that’s not most important, is it? as long as it works, and the food is good (or great, in this case).
I push to repeat our visits here every time we retrieve a kid from the YMCA Camp Mohawk up a bit, and thankfully my party agrees.
Small town places like this are better than summer fancy “cosmopolitan” brunch place that’s crowded and pretentious. Hope they stick around for a long while.

I cannot bring ppl back to Jackie’s. The diner management and staff needs a reality check. An establishment that lacks discern. Maybe some restaurant training would help them.

Showed up on Sunday 8/21/22 at 9:30 AM with the sign on the door saying that they were open at 7:30 AM until 12 noon. But the restaurant was closed with the sign on. Watched five other cars pull in and then pull out again. Looks like they are either permanently closed, or just don’t need the business.

Yummy place, had fluffy scrambled eggs, a thick cut of Virginia ham and a big portion of crispy fries and a sweet waitress too. Definitely organized as far as safety protocols, offered hand sanitizer at door. Slow service on day we went, Sunday, but def understandable since seems like less staff due to Covid so just don’t come starving. The waitress was so friendly and was hustling best she could. Also, not much space to sit outdoors (limited seats inside) so we got food to go instead and we walked (or drive) out of parking lot to the left, 2 minutes up the street to the park and sat at picnic bench by the dam, it’s next door to Bantam Bread Co. (which we went to & is a must for dessert, breads, pies, cookies, etc…homemade fresh hot out of oven delish) Was a great day!
