This meal was cook to order so it was a bit of a wait. I just want to say the shrimp was worth the wait. Absolutely delicious. I also really enjoyed the cornbread. The Mac and cheese was good. I bought the medium and my husband bought the large. Originally I came here for the breakfast menu but it’s no longer available for anyone interested. The menu changes a bit on a day to day basis. I want to thank the owner for taking her time to cook the breakfast item for my daughter. I appreciate it!

My 1st time here and I’m very happy I chose to stop in and give them a try. JJP is my new “go to” restaurant.
Fast and friendly service. The food is so good. Great prices! I had a medium meal of oxtails, rice and peas, mac and cheese and steamed cabbage. All items were on point. Moist and very well seasoned. Good sized portions.
I am so glad Ms. Jackie and her family chose to open in our neighborhood. They do treat you like family. I wish my Grandma had cooked like this.

As you can see from the picture below, I could barely finish it! Just joking! I love Jamaican food and I’ve tried restaurants up and down the east coast, Midwest and west coast… who knew I’d find THE BEST jerk chicken here in Daytona! 10/10! You can tell the chicken was cleaned and cooked properly, the rice and peas was the perfect texture and the cabbage was seasoned just right. You did your thing Ms. Jackie!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! We found this place online and based on the reviews, decided to check it out. I ordered curry chicken with cabbage and Mac and cheese. I also ordered the oxtail with plantains and cabbage. Everything was so good. The oxtail literally melted in my mouth and the curry chicken was incredibly tender. The rice and peas were seasoned to perfection. All of the sides reminded me of Sunday dinner- soooo tasty and warm like home. You have to try this place. The reviews are legit and the owner has a a very sweet disposition. Five stars- would HIGHLY recommend.

The food was so good!! That cornbread make you wanna slap everybody! SERIOUSLY I was so happy I chose here today because I wasn’t disappointed at all. Felt like I was sitting in grandmas eating a good hearty meal before hitting the road. I miss Ms.Jackie already

Mrs Jackie’s food is always good. I normally order the oxtails with extra butter beans and I have NEVER been disappointed. Yesterday I had a taste for some seafood so I decided to order the curry shrimp, with rice & beans, macaroni & cheese, cabbage, and cornbread. It was delicious I definitely will be ordering this again and I highly recommend that you try it also.
