Pretty atmosphere and dishware. Breakfast burrito average, not bad but also nothing special about it. French toast, pretty on the eyes, greasy on the mouth; I would like to taste more of the pistachios. Macchiato and mango smoothie were really good; baristas knew what they were doing. Staff was attentive and also made sure everything was alright with our food. Maybe I ordered the wrong items. Overall, a 7/10 experience 🙁

After another place down the street said it would take 30 mins to get breakfast when the place was empty, I happily landed here! The service was great. The food was even better. I got a Blueberry scone which I couldn’t help but eat it all after I planned to eat half and save the rest. I continued on with the Jackie & Son Scramble which I ordered eggs over easy. The Sourdough bread was amazing with the whole dish of eggs, tomatoes, Truffle Home Fries and Gruyere. And it arrived in just a few mins hot off pan.
Love the atmosphere, the attention of the bus waiters, and everything about this place. Will happily return.

Family of 5 wanted a quick breakfast. Metered Street parking upon arrival. No wait time at the time. Seating for 5 was a bit tight but manageable. Self-order at the counter, server brought food instantly. Food was great! Especially, the Carrot/Apple juice my 2 year old loved it. A lot of options to pick from breakfast to lunch food. Would definitely come again.

Came in to grab some breakfast and had a great experience. The service was friendly and attentive. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheddar sandwich on a roll and it was excellent. My wife had the zucchini bread that she also enjoyed. Nice and bright atmosphere. Need to come back to try the scones and other items.

We came here on a Saturday around 12p and the place was PACKED!!! The place is very small for the amount of traffic they get but we managed to grab a table outside. The way to order is very chaotic to me. You sit down & a server is SUPPOSED to bring you a menu. After you figure out what you want, you are to go get in line at the register and order your food & pay for it. The cashier will then give you a flag that has your order number on it and when it is ready, a server will attempt to find the table w. the number that matches the food(so they pretty much have to run around playing Where’s Waldo). A server never came with a menu so I had to walk inside to get them. When I go to order our food the line is basically out the door and again the place is so tight & small that everybody is standing on top of each other. It took about 25 mins for our food to come. The food was hot but a level under hot but nothing to complain about. Now let me say this: the food was REALLY GOOD! I don’t really have any complaints about the food other than I would have preferred hard scrambled eggs(they come soft scrambled) AND I got ONE sausage round for $6 or $7(that’s too much for one!) and it wasn’t good, it was kind of mushy. The smoothies are good as well, though expensive about $15 each, but they could use a little sugar to sweeten them up a little bit, but again still really good. You can tell they are using quality and fresh ingredients! The inside is so loud though, you can barely hear. They really do need to get a bigger spot & change their ordering system around or at the very least a bigger spot and hire more workers. Overall I would come back but ONLY on like a random EARLY morning Tuesday when it is relatively empty!

I have been ordering from here basically since they opened. Never had an issue. The one time I did, before now, it was taken care of immediately. Which is why I didn’t want to write this. Last weekend, my husband and I picked up breakfast and a snack for later. We always get the beef scramble, French toast, and sometimes avocado toast. This time, we get home, settle our kids and ready ourselves for great food. Not the case for my husband. He swallowed that beef scramble, and then threw it up immediately after before I could even finish mine. I called them immediately and they wouldn’t answer so I left a message. Still no call. I just at least wanted a call. So, unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

One of my favorite places to go for breakfast. I absolutely love their blueberry pancakes. Recently, I tried their veggie grain bowl to try something outside of my usual breakfast preferences. It was okay. I feel like it’s missing a flavor or a different sauce than the Tahini. The staff is super friendly and provides the best customer service. The food is great!

We went to grab brunch on a busy saturday morning and the whole experience was great. The place was super busy but we managed to find where to sit. We ordered at the counter and the food was there quite quickly after ordering. The smoothie and the dishes were nice and tasty. I recommend

I keep going back to Jackie & Sons for their breakfast burrito. I usually don’t love truffle anything, but the truffle home fries are amazing. The staff is so kind and the service is efficient. Prices and fair and the atmosphere is nice – especially during off-peak times. Love it here!
