Found a new lunch spot for work!! We had a great meal here! Three of us had the fried shrimp dinner, and one had sliced pork. All of us loved our meals ans the sides as well! The onion rings, hush puppies, and sweet potatoe fries were particular stars! And the staff were all friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Tried this place after coming across it while looking for something different in the area on google maps.
The restaurant is very cozy, clean, a nice little vibe. Our server I think her name was Lisa… she very really pleasant, very welcoming. The food I would give a 7/10. We didn’t like the mashed potatoes too much but the catfish and fries were great! The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because in my opinion at least. It’s not a good look to see the cook standing out front smoking a cigarette with their apron on. Also later the cooks seemed to be having an argument in the kitchen that could be heard up front. Other than that I think it’s a nice spot overall.

What a delightful discovery! We stumbled upon this restaurant after our original choice around the corner was unexpectedly closed on a Monday. We couldn’t be happier with our serendipitous change of plans! The owner and server, Lisa, was incredibly friendly and attentive.
The food was simply exquisite. The breakfast sandwich with bacon was phenomenal—absolutely a must-try, The bacon pushed it over the top. Don’t miss out on the hush puppies! Three out of four of us cleaned our plates, and the fourth person, who ordered the barbecue pork plate, couldn’t finish only because the portion was so generous. Every bite was delectable!
We’ll stop by again whenever we pass through the area!

If you can find Richmond, VA on a map, you absolutely must find your way to ONE LUV RESTAURANT!!! We did a search for restaurants near our hotel, and One Luv was within walking distance. When I say it is a WHOLE Vibe, trust me!! Tammy and Lisa are practically family at this point!! I am beyond full!! Everything was absolutely delicious, and the live music was on point!!! I’m definitely coming back!!

If you’re not careful you will definitely drive past them. From the outside it was small and a lil sketchy. But once inside I was pleased by the welcoming atmosphere. Staff was on point from the beginning til the end. They even had a great DJ which I wasn’t expecting. The food was good and hot. However I was disappointed that the options were limited due to stock shortage. Overall I’ll return. Of and they have great drinks

We went on a rainy Sunday. Getting in was a trick because cars were backed up at the light. The gas station entrance will get you in when that happens. Dad and Mom and Son greeted us. That was nice. The food is tasty! I had a shrimp po boy with yum yum sauce. G had the fried Whiting and asked for extra pieces. We both got coleslaw. (Not all coleslaw is equal in my book so mentioning it means it was good.) I think the fries are coated and a little seasoned. They also have breakfast, which I want to try soon. I took pics of the parking lot because we are full-time RVers and I wanted to let everyone know an RV rig can turn around. Thanks for the great food and conversation! @ollie.rv

Amazing!! Get the sliced BBQ pork – I absolutely loved it! This was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you give them a try!! I guarantee I’ll stop here every time I’m in the area

Once we walked through the door the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone who works there is amazing I love their spirit. The food was so good words can’t explain it. I don’t know why they are not lined up out the door. 10 out or 10 we will definitely be back.
