The prices are insanely cheap, but the food quality is top notch! Cheap alcohol! I don’t know how they do it. I ate(and drank) there 2 nights in a row! It is cash only, but there is an ATM inside. It’s also a smoking facility, but the food is so good and ridiculously cheap it didn’t bother me! Next time I’m in York you know where I’ll be!

The food is really good and tastes homemade. Everything we tried was delicious.
The service is great, friendly, welcoming, and awesome. The place is always busy, so you do need a little patience, but it’s 100% worth it.
And the prices… unbelievable. It honestly feels like 1980s–1990s prices. I didn’t believe the menu until I ordered and went to pay .
I will definitely be going back. Jackie B’s is now officially on my favorite restaurants list in York.

Everyone must try the fabulous corned beef Rueben! Made with Juicy corned beef, kraut, and special sauce.

The food, pricing, and service are all excellent. However, the atmosphere is unfortunately quite smoky. People with Asthma, cancer, or nonsmokers, it is highly recommended that you consider taking any remaining food with you.

Apparently if you have an out of state id they won’t serve you here. The irony is we have been here about a half-dozen times and never had a problem. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and food but I guess we are not welcome here anymore.

I love the yummy food and the low prices of the food and the great service, but I hate not being able to breathe when smokers light up their cigarettes in the dining room. I usually get take-out so I can avoid the smoke.

Food is awesome!!! I can’t go in to get my food so I have to find someone to get it because of the smoke and I have allergies and the breathing problems. Sometimes I can find someone to go in and get my food if not it I don’t get it as often as I like. Not my type of atmosphere, but the food n prices not worth my health unless I find a proxy…lol

Best place in York, PA for cheap drinks. Cash only. Good atmosphere. Food is priced great also. Best fried crab cake in the city. Only $3 each.

Only negative is when you leave all your clothes smell like cigarettes.
