I had a really good experience. The food was amazing and the portions were huge. Honestly, I wish they warned us because we ended up ordering way too much The prices were great for how much food you get, so it’s definitely worth it.
The inside of the restaurant was really nice and had a great vibe. The only thing I’d change is the fish taco. I wish it had a little more seasoning because it tasted a bit too fishy, and the smell is pretty strong when you take a bite. If they adjusted that, it would be perfect.
Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Best burger I have had in a long time …. flame grilled flavor …. amazing. Wife has chicken fajitas and said they were outstanding. Nachos were great and a huge serving …. could definitely share between 2 people as a meal !!!!

I have known about JackA brewing but didn’t get out this way often so we chose this restaurant for our anniversary meal. Fun, refreshing atmosphere with a cheery and friendly wait staff. The menu offers an array of options but not an overwhelming list that never ends. I can’t say much about the brewery, I’m a water guy but the dihydrogen monoxide was good. I ordered the “Flank you very much” sandwich. It looked good but this restaurant isn’t afraid of flavor. Like a donkey kick to the taste buds in a good way, I was surprised how much yum was packed into a simple looking sandwich. Fries were perfect: hot, crispy, bold flavor, and just enough salt to keep you coming back until they were gone. If I were critical about anything, the sandwich was smaller than I expected, but it was still enough. I hope to return again in the future, after a great experience and atmosphere. There’s also a cool little merch area.

This is a fine brewpub perfect for small-town dining and delicious beverages. The rotation of brews on draft is always changing and you’ll find new surprises in the menu, too! Today’s winner is “Kizma” dry Irish stout.

We stopped in here for a beer on a Thursday late afternoon and ended up staying for dinner. We sat at the bar. The bartender greeted us quickly and gave us menus and enough time to look at them before she took our orders. I had a sour lime beer and it was good. We eventually orders dinner. I had a Mediterranean bowl and I added jerk chicken to it. I liked the jerk chicken and I liked the bowl however combing the two was my mistake. Mediterranean and jerk flavors didn’t match up. The food portions were generous.
The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The staff seemed to get along pretty well.
While we were there a storm came through with heavy winds and everyone who was outside came inside. Tables were blowing over – I felt bad for the staff trying to get umbrellas down. It was an easygoing and laidback atmosphere until that happened. One of the tables that came in was having a good but loud time. They sat right behind us and cackled. That surely changed the vibe in the room.
Prices were comparable to other breweries. Parking was easy. We had an overall good time.

The sweet potato soup was fantastic. My wife tasted my soup and never gave it back! Loved sitting outside on the deck/patio.
My beer was delicious. Will be back. Waiter even asked the chef for the soup recipe, which he wouldn’t share with us and we don’t blame chef ar all. Great experience.

I’m not a big beer drinker, but I have to say I love the beer at Jackass. Larry and Skip have really mastered the art of brewing. The food is so delicious and not “bar food”. You can tell the chef has really put a lot of thought into the menu items. The staff is so friendly and they make you feel right at home. We especially enjoy the warmer months when we can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. We frequently eat at the Lewisburg location as it’s close to our home and we’re mug club members, but the location in Williamsport is fun as well.

When you go to a brewery, you dont expect really good food. You expect standard bar food. This place impressed me. The food wasnt just standard bar food. It was really well done, incredible flavors. I cant wait to go back and try more on the menu. Caroline was our waitress. She was awesome!

I go to Jackass at least 2-3 times a month on average because I love the atmosphere and service. It’s one of the local places I always take friends and family that visit from out of town because of the creative branding and unique vibe. Summers are great for bringing the pups to the outside seating area as well! Highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t.

We enjoyed it! Three of us, 2 got mixed drinks and I got the milk stout and the East Coast IPA. Neither really fit my palate but whatever. Both tasty brews. The beer menu had lots of IPAs, sours, fruit, dank, blah blah, and a Mexican lager. My taste buds lean more to American Pale Ale, ESB, porter, pilsner, and dark ales, so not exactly my jam, but it’s cool. Lots of folks will love this. Now, the building is super cool and just nice to be in. Really slick. Lots of parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and attentive, so only positive marks. We ate tacos, tots with pulled pork, and the cool chicken and waffles thing with mashed potatoes inside. I heard that was amazing and the plate was clean, so I believe it. The tots were very good, better than one would expect. Fresher somehow, I dunno. Just wow good for tots like that. I saw the fish tacos disappear in a hurry and heard good things. I’m wheat challenged, meaning I don’t dare eat anything with wheat in it from North America…thanks Monsanto… So I really wish there was a gluten free bun option on the menu for the pulled pork sandwich or the burger. Alas. Tots for me. It’s cool, I’m used to it. We enjoyed the place and absolutely will return.
