This new restaurant is amazing! Burgers have incredible flavor and the pub pretzels are so good and prices are great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great lunch.

We got the California burger and the Reuben. That was by far the best burger I’ve had at any Taos restaurant. I had a bite of the Reuben and it was delicious too. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went with a group of 6 and absolutely loved everything we ordered! We truly had nothing to complain about and we ordered a wide variety: burgers, Reuben, bangers and mash, battered sausage, beet salad, green chile pork stew, truffle Parm fries. Excellent gluten free burger buns were a bonus.

Love the atmosphere and looking forward to them getting their liquor license. So glad a new restaurant has opened up in the former Taos Ale House/Burger Bar space. We’ll definitely be back!

Full transparency, we were initially disappointed to see the old Burgerstand gone. But that sentiment was quickly dismissed at first bite. The California burger was outstanding, the fish and chips were on point, and the truffle parm fries leave you wanting more at the risk of being miserable due to overeating! Even better, the service was great and the food came out quickly-not something we were exactly accustomed to in that building. Definitely a “must try”. You won’t regret it!

The California burger was huge and it did not upset. The size and quality of these burgers is amazing. Looking forward to when they get their liquor license. Great atmosphere as well.

now that taos mothership is shut down,
jackalope burgers certainly has the best beer battered fish and chips in town.
one of the VERY few places to offer fresh cut fries as well.
still no beer,
so we will wait it out as this process of liquor license in taos is SLOW.
huge improvement over the previous establishment here.
long live Jackalope Burgers!
