I had a fantastic experience at Jack n Grill! I ordered the green chicken enchiladas and they were delicious, flavorful and perfectly prepared.
What really stood out was the service. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and handled several requests with ease, including swapping my tomatoes for pico de gallo and bringing out extra salsa. When there was a minor mistake from the kitchen, she caught it and had it fixed immediately, all while keeping my drink refilled without me even having to ask.
The restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the menu layout; it is so well organized and clear that I did not have any questions once I finished reading it. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get.
I am already excited to return! Highly recommend if you are in Belen.

My family and I came for the first time today and were very pleased with everything from the service to the food. Our waiter was very attentive and as a matter of fact, all the staff were great. One lady gave my son a cool Halloween balloon that he absolutely loved. I had the chicharron and bean stuffed sopapilla smothered in red and it was DELICIOUS. So glad to have something good and new here in Belen. I wish nothing but the best for this place.

My mom and I got to try this place out after hearing a ton of positive reviews from Belen locals, and they weren’t kidding! Mom got a beef enchilada plate with all whole beans, no rice, Christmas and add an OE egg on top. It was massive and delicious all the way around! I got the carne adovada plate with whole beans & papas, side of green. The flavors were perfect, but I only got five peices of meat, so our server went and got me more meat, which was super awesome of him! The owner came out and spoke to a number of tables, as well as us… very kind & personable guy! The only negative we had to say was that the ice tea isn’t fresh brewed (so it wasn’t the best) and the salsa was vey plain and mild… but other than that, it was absolutely fantastic! Both the red and green had amazing flavor and even a tiny bite. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!

The potatoes were delicious and perfect. The sausage was slightly dry. The beans had a lot of liquid with them which ran into everything else. The “scrambled eggs” appeared to be a cheese omelet not scrambled eggs at all. The orange juice was overpriced and very small. The value for my $20 was very low and I don’t think I’ll be back

They can make good food, but they can’t run a business, yet! I know they are a new business, but They have staff who have no clue what’s on the menu and what items have what on them. I put my frito pie order in and had to ask myself if they put chile on it Cuz the waitress never asked and she didn’t know, til she asked another person.
What made me upset was the fact that I ORDERED TO GO IN PERSON and the waitress asked if I paid for my food as I picked it up and I said yes. So she walked off for a few minutes without saying anything, so I ask what’s the issue. She said she’s looking for the ticket, then proceeds to ask the initial waitress I ordered from, if I paid or not and she just looks at me with a blank stare and tells her she doesn’t remember. Then the waitress went to the order system to look it up, so I handed her my copy without her asking as she was trying to look it up. She said oh I guess you did pay for it.
Why would she ask me if I paid for it, if she wasn’t going to take my word and make me look like a fool waiting. She could’ve asked me if I had a receipt instead of walking off, plus they should’ve marked it down on the order and added a copy of the receipt. I knew something would happen, so I asked for a copy of my reciept and I’m glad I did.
and another thing was the amount of guacamole they put on my order. It was literally a half to almost a full spoonful.

Had the pleasure of having lunch here today and loved it! I had the fresh chile rellenos and my coworker had a burger. We cleaned our plates! Loved the menu, the waitress (and cook) and even got to meet Jack! I was down in Belen for a meeting and when I got back to office in Albuquerque couldn’t wait to tell everyone how delicious and great this experience was.

This place was AWESOME! The burgers were just MASSIVE!!! What a steal on price for the amount of food you get! There is at least a dozen different burgers, plus appetizers and breakfast! Just phenomenal!

I normally would not give five stars to a place if I want happy with the food. But I’m this case I asked for a manager and the young man who came up happened to be Jack the owner. Very pleasant guy to talk to and he have me a discount. One thing they might have done differently it’s offer me something else when initially I didn’t want what was brought to me. Other than that, the people were very nice and the atmosphere was comfortable.
