Extremely disappointing experience. We stood inside waiting while the staff continued helping drive-thru customers and completely ignored us. When we tried to order, we were told to use the kiosk—but we had questions the kiosk couldn’t answer.
After a long wait, Ana finally helped us, but she was clearly irritated and very rude, making us feel like we were an inconvenience for simply wanting assistance. Customer service should apply to everyone, not just drive-thru orders.
If you don’t want to help customers inside, just say that—but don’t ignore people and then treat them poorly when you finally acknowledge them. Definitely not a welcoming experience.

Every single time I visit this particular store, I always have to return inside as my order is never correct!! Today was no exception! After ordering, I was sent to park in front of the store to wait for my order. Order was brought out by the manager who forgot out ranch and unfortunately after leaving, we realized our sourdough jack and grilled chicken sandwich were not toasted but just plain bread instead. I returned inside where the cook explained that their toaster was broken so they were unable to cook the sandwiches how they should be done. The manager overheard our conversation and she also stated that the toaster has been broken for a week. I told the manager that they should at least be explaining that to the customers PRIOR to ordering their food so they can decide if they want to eat raw sourdough bread or not. I got no apology and no offer to make something else for us. Worst customer service and we will not be returning to this location any longer.

Came from yakima, my first stop was Jack in the box. Needed the restroom. Manager refused let me use the restroom until I bought food. I thought about it and left. I had my four-year-old granddaughter and was expecting 4 more family members to come eat.

Had the mostest embarrassing and heartless experience with the manager Working at 8pm here at this location. I only had enough money in my account for the order I made. They messed up my order, refunded me, but didn’t communicate it took 24 hours to deposit. I didn’t have the money in my account to pay for the sandwich that were supposed to be on my order. I’m 25, and homeless living out my car trying to make a living. And. The manager had no kindness in her heart whatsoever. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes before finding out the I wouldn’t get the my meal I ordered. But this was going to be the only meal I had today.
I even communicated this, and the language and tone of voice she was using was DISGUSTING. Even her co-workers seemed disappointed in their management.

Jack in the Box well, it is what we expect to get from a fast food place. Some are better than others, and locations differ as well. This location seems to be better than most in town for the most part. This location has a relatively nice interior with a fireplace. The service I received was very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to try the double fish sandwich ” The Deluxe Fish.” I must say it was pretty good. The fish was fully cooked and crispy. Nice amount of tartar sauce, fresh lettuce, and decent bun. The only problem was the tomatoes, which were very thin and soggy. I just took them off, and we were good to go. I did have more to our order tacos, burger, salad we got everyone fed. So today was a good day at Jack in the Box, decent food, but even better service, so overall, not too bad. We’ll things have changed for the worst. Came and it took almost 8 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter. Is one thing if it is crazy busy but I was the only one in line, 3 people in the dining room eating, 1 car in drive through. Everyone just looked at me and looked away. Then finally after about 8 minutes someone ask what i wanted not hello or welcome just what would I like. It’s too bad the customer service has fallen so far. Oh and the forgot is was there wow.

Was served cold food. If I’m going to pay $8 for a breakfast combo, and $2!!! For a single extra hash brown, the food needs to be cooked when I order it. The hash brown was the temperature of, and tasted like it had just been sitting out on a counter somewhere for about an hour. When food costs as much as it does you can’t serve old/cold food. This is the first time I’ve been compelled to leave a review for them but not the first time this has happened here. Not sure I’ll give it another chance.

This location sucks, consistently missing items consistently not providing straws and sauces and consistently rude during the pm shift. I like Jack in the box but I’ll never go to this one again and since they can’t answer their phone I’ll just review I guess

just go to another jack in the box they’ll just get your order wrong here and give little to no customer service, i also watched an employee walk in the to clock in and not wash their hands before touching guests food i just go to the one on court street instead.
