BEWARE. Everything about this place was gross. The employees look sleepy and irritated. The food took 12 minutes to come out and when it finally did I found they had improperly cooked the fries. The fries are FULL of oil. Whenever you bite into the fries there is a gross oil explosion even though the texture is undercooked. $17.18 is alot for such awful service

Drive thru did not disappoint. Really expensive these days but the food was hot, correct and tasty. No issues whatsoever. If you want junk food, this will satisfy you.
Everything tasted perfect for fast food. No grisly bits, nothing burnt or overcooked. Buns tasted fresh and were not smashed. Fries were perfectly crispy and the softdrinks were perfectly balanced ratios of co2-syrup.

Very pissed…. they were like competing with Arby’s on drive through times so had several customers waiting in the parking lot for their food. I got brought the wrong food then finally after waiting 30 minutes or more get home and find these…. like what in the vegetarianism did I order??? Last time I checked I LOVE meat and would have loved some with my damn lettuce…. yes I called told them I didn’t want to come wait another damn 30 minutes

Oct 9th at about 7:55pm, I went to get a door dash order and I saw that there were only 2 guys working! Randy was taking orders and jumping in on the fryer, and Will was kicking butt in the kitchen!!! These guys ran a store that normally has 2 extra people, but themselves!!! Yeah the orders may have taken a couple minutes extra, but they were thorough! Nothing was missing or wrong! These guys definitely deserve a shout out for being so awesome and rocking that store tonight!
Their communication between each other was great too, making sure they both knew what they had and what they needed! Bravo guys!!

The food was horrible, Drive-through staff did not notify us that they did not have any of the toppings for our order nor did they have half of what we ordered. Was simply handed the bag told to have a nice day. Once home and the items removed we discovered it was not the correct order And many of the items ordered had been substituted with other items and clearly left out food. after multiple attempts at contacting the location Failed We went to another restaurant to pick up dinner and sand simply threw away the order. Horrible location, We’ll never go there again

I have tried to give this location a chance for years now, but it has gone downhill steadily. Today was my last visit. My food containers were disgusting with greasy brown smudges and my mini tacos came mixed with fries I didnt order. Really makes me question the hygiene of where my food is being made and who is making it. Theres also a pretty big homeless camp set up behind the Jack in the Box and Arbys with multiple carts left next to doors into the restaurant. I’ve had issues in other places in Spokane with homeless trying to open car door or approaching my window while waiting in a drive through and I would not be surprised if that starts happening here.

Actually cause the other people that was working there were always messing up my food, refusing to take orders just terrible but this girl made my whole 30$ order on her own. I just had the most amazing experience as a DoorDash driver with a man named Randy, I believe who is a team lead at this store. Amazing customer service, super friendly, and he even gave me a free Red Bull infusion drink, knowing that I’m probably super tired from DoorDash all night.. Someone needs to make this guy a manager

Got ripped off. Ordered Bacon ultimate and got NO bacon. Sandwich was smashed and bun was rolled almost off the burger. Took them forever too. The window girl was nice tho.

Poor guy was in there all by himself Tonight at 3:30 in the morning oct 18th. Usually people are frustrated or have an attitude when you come this late and theyre there by themselves, but He was so kind and didn’t look frustrated at all Great vibe overall thank you!! Food was also fresh and hot!
