When you order breakfast I think it should be warm
Or at least cooked all the way? And they’re always worried about their pit time. And then they make you go sit over in the parking lot and wait for like several moments to get the rest of your uncooked food. I don’t think anybody should be working here, and they’re bringing greasy dirty at restaurant appliances through the lobby.

Was in the drive thru there this evening Ordered 3 items. We were asked to pull around to the front for 3 items. So we did. There was someone already waiting there. We waited a bit and those people were brought their order and the worker said I will be right back out with your food. We waited 5 min went by. Another 5 and I asked my daughter to go in and get our food. As she is walking in that same person is walking out to take a break with their co worker. They see my daughter walking in and stop her and ask her what she needs. She tells them what she is waiting for. They go in and about 3 min later come out with our food. So they forgot to bring our food out and were reminded when we went in. The food itself tasted terrible the fries were smashed in the bottom of the bag. The burgers were cold and just tasted off. Not worth a 20 min wait. Just gross. Do better man. It’s not that difficult. Needless to say. Will not be going to this location.

I’ve always been a fan of Jack in the Box’s 2-for-$3 Jr. Chicken Sandwiches, but I’ve noticed a significant decline in their quality over time. Initially, these sandwiches were well-prepared, with the right balance of ingredients, but lately, it feels like care and effort have been completely overlooked.

For example, in the past, the sandwiches had a reasonable amount of mayonnaise. However, now it seems like employees are trying to stretch the last bit from a jar rather than opening a new one. This results in a barely-there smudge of mayonnaise, which severely impacts the quality and taste of the product. As a customer, this is unacceptable and not reflective of the standards Jack in the Box claims to uphold.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. It feels like the pendulum has swung the other way — perhaps due to feedback from other customers about the lack of mayonnaise. This time, my sandwiches were slathered with an overwhelming, excessive amount of mayonnaise, to the point where it was almost inedible. This isn’t just a minor issue; it shows a lack of consistency and care in food preparation.

The photos I’ve attached clearly illustrate the problem. It feels as though a disgruntled employee may have decided to “overcompensate” for previous complaints, but the result is still far from acceptable. This level of inconsistency damages the reputation and trust customers have in Jack in the Box’s food quality.

Whoever is managing this location needs to take immediate action. Proper training and quality control measures should be implemented to ensure staff prepare food to a consistent standard. Customers deserve better than this hit-or-miss experience, and I hope these concerns are addressed promptly.

I was there a little while ago there were two cars in front of me close to 10:00 p.m. the menu worker tried to discourage my order of egg rolls and jalapeno poppers because there were 2 40 orders in front of me. I’m like I don’t mind waiting I don’t have anywhere to be so I waited plus that’s literally like six cheeseburgers with today’s money not that big of a deal and my order should have came to nine something and they charged me 16 but I didn’t notice until much later when I saw my bank statement

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My food was cold as if it was taken out of a fridge. The sandwiches weren’t made correctly and were poorly put together. The fries were cold and stale. They were soggy and we threw them away after the first bite. The cashier had an unfriendly demeanor and had to verify with her manager that I didn’t need ID with a gift card. There were no napkins. The bacon on one of the sandwiches looked like it had a bite taken from it.. And to top it all off the drinks didn’t have ice. The store did not answer the phone. They responded to an email a few days later and had us come in to replace the order.

The second time around was better, but not great. The order was correct but the food wasn’t much warmer. I’m not even sure what happened with the tacos, but they weren’t great at all and got thrown away. The staff was very unapologetic and didnt really seem to take any responsibility. They just remade the order and sent us on our way. If you’re looking for a restaurant that clearly doesn’t care after they have your money, this is it!

Edit: I have been to this Jack in the Box multiple times since this. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I have not had ONE decent meal from here. Excuse my French but this box needs to close for good.

Ordered dine-in and waited 20+ minutes and they said they may have marked my order as already coming out. When I finally got my food, the spicy chicken sandwich was cold and tasted like is was cooked in burnt motor oil. They apparently never filter or change their deep fryer oil.

I travel light and I travel often. And, when my Son picked me up from the Spokane Airport; I told him That I wanted to find the nearest “Jack in the Box” for Lunch! I wish We Would’ve kept driving. Oh my Goodness!!! The Counter Staff was Extremely Incompetent in Regards to: Food Content & Ingredients; Absolutely NO Eye Contact to either one of us; Even while we were Ordering Our Meal! The Young Female Manager was Extremely RUDE to “Phil” (The elderly man mopping/cleaning tables) It was almost like: HIS JOB was beneath HER! Then, After Continually Questioning Our Order…They got MY Order Wrong! I asked for “Extra Pickles” and ended up with “NO Pickles”! I DID ask for “Curly Fries”….but, they looked more like “Wavy-Fries” and tasted like “Burnt Fries”! There were NO Napkins in the Dispenser on Our Table; We did NOT Receive ANY Dipping Sauces (Even though we were asked twice and said which one We wanted). My “Jalapeno Poppers” were still cold in the middle AND The “Staff” behind the Counter talked amongst themselves SO LOUD; I think they didn’t care WHO was in the restaurant! I tell you…I will NEVER eat here, again! OH…Although it was “Immaculate”…. And “Phil” seemed to have been working hard; Everyone else, should Find Another Job!

Went through the drive through and ordered a chicken cheddar biscuit (that i was charged for). I got my food and got a sausage and egg biscuit took it back and the woman that was working was very rude and unpleasant from the beginning to end of the order if they mess up on your food just get a refund the food that was remade had hair in it. This place is unsanitary and they treat customers like garbage save your money. I would choose no stars if there was an option!!
