I am so unbelievably disappointed. Once again. My family and I have loved Jack in the box for many years. Yet, the experience gets worse and worse every single time we order. Tonight, we doordashed. We ordered 2 tacos, a the BYO munchies box with 2 large Dr. Peppers. We literally received a COMPLETELY different meal. AGAIN…. This has now happened to us 11 different times. I’m disgusted. How hard is it to check the bag and make sure things are right. I will be reporting this to corporate, and will be making sure this will be the very last time we order or eat EVER again, JIB. You and your team should be absolutely ashamed. Take more pride in your job and the experience of your customers.

The lady at the drive thru gave me the wrong order on purpose. I ordered a cheeseburger, fry, and tiny tacos. She gave me the bag, said “have a good night,” and closed the window. I looked in the bag to check and when I did, she opened the window back up and said “I forgot your tiny tacos, pull up and I’ll bring them out.” I pull up and she brings me a bag with two regular tacos and walks away. I don’t know if they didn’t have tiny tacos available or couldn’t make them, but she told me they did and brought me the wrong order on purpose. This was at 11:30pm as well. She just seemed like she didn’t care about her job and was very rude. Moral of the story, just always go to the Pines location instead. The service there is great and they almost always get your order right. I went to the Sullivan location (where this all happened) to change things up, and that was a big mistake. I ain’t ever going back, Jack.

Went in to redeem the offer to fix the order they messed up. At the same time, redeemed a coupon from a Chiefs game. Paid for the cheese no biggie right? Nope. The rude girl in the drive through wouldn’t give me my receipt to prove I paid for it. She has the manager make me a new one which when I pointed out that the meal had fries. He said, “You’re already getting all this free food.”
It would be one thing if any of it was edible because when I got home I opened up the hamburgers and it was disgusting. I could tell it was made with a lot of grudge sauce. I’m now going to ask for a full refund. we’ll see how far that gets cuz I don’t think I’ll ever eat the restaurant again

Lady running drive thru taking orders is super rude and not polite. Shouldn’t be on it, has moon tattoo on neck, making fun of customers and they are all screwing around. And indulging her in it and laughing, find it extremely rude and impolite. Especially when you’re the only fast food restaurant open on christmas day. One girl seemed pretty polite.She was doing her job working around them, didn’t seem to really indulge or engage with their activity.She has a ponytail hanging down about her neck and was wearing a visor super polite lady

As a business owner myself I felt the need to post a review.
This is not the first time that I’ve unfortunately had an experience with this particular employee. I have no idea what this woman’s problem is or who pissed in her cup of coffee but she really needs to learn how to get a hold of her emotions cuz she’s well old enough to understand by her age alone. Older woman can tell she’s been through a harder life lots of makeup. In January 17th approximately 12. Or in another employee we’re working her and a guy. Went through drive-thru she kind of makes it a joke through the drive-thru. Very eccentric sounding. I reached the front I was going through my change I was not taking long at all literally just pulled up but apparently she have the patience of a toddler. No one was in the Drive-Thru but me and literally one car pulled up behind me ready to order as I was literally in the Drive-Thru. I go to grab change she opens the door of the window and says are you adding to your order? I go no I’m getting my nickel. She slams the window. Has me waiting there comes back takes the money no high doesn’t read back my order gives me an absolutely no receipt. The guy standing there like they’re chuckling about something you could tell she hates her life he probably hates his life too working there they’re festering off each other is what I’m saying. Then she goes we’re going to need you to go to blah blah blah blah blah says it’s so fast and shuts the door I can’t even ask for sauces doesn’t even ask me if I want any sauces so I sit there and I wait and I put my head down because she heard me getting ready to ask for something but shuts the door anyway. Realizes I’m there opens it up I say can I get taco sauce she goes mmmm k door shuts again. First off woman is way old enough to understand common courtesy and respect and work ethics at her age I’m pretty much her age. It’s nobody’s fault but your own why that’s your job at this point in your age. Those are decisions you chose that got you to where you’re at girlfriend. And every day is what you make it. You shouldn’t portray your negative energy off of customers. And as a business owner of myself I wanted to share that with you because I will no longer go to Jack in The box that was the second time I’ve been there and had this encounter with the same negative Nancy. My food was horrible the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way or overcooked I couldn’t even bite through it all. The fries weren’t even filled. Very old and still tasting like they’ve been letting it sit there for probably too long. I take my business seriously I take my customer service seriously I definitely take my employees advertising my business and on my behalf seriously and I hope you do too because at this rate and the previous reviews you’re not going to be in business much longer at that rate. I do know how hard it is keeping good employees and she would be good as gone ✌️

I really like Jack in the Box food, but man the inconsistency is frustrating. Sometimes I get through the drive thru at light speed, other times I wonder if they are trying to catch the cow to make my burger because it takes a LONG time. And this level of timing has little to do with when they are or are not busy.
I will give this location credit that my order is almost always correct here.

Cash the Bash
Came through the drive though at 8:45pm on Halloween to try the Meal Deal for 4 as seen on the banner on the corner of Broadway and Sullivan. I was met by a VERY unfriendly young lady who said the burger deal or something was no longer active. I reconfirmed that she was referring to the deal that was on the banner. With a very condescending tone she said to me “Yeah…that’s what i said.” I immediately called out her tone and drove away. Please note I was not rude to her in anyway, just simply confirming we were referring to the same item.
Take the banner down if you no longer have the item or fire your inconsiderate lazy staff.

My virtual adventure took me all around the Caribbean and beyond. First stop: Dunn’s River Falls in Jamaica. It’s this well-known waterfall close to Ocho Rios, where water spills down natural stone steps. Even on a screen, you can see why people want to climb it. Next, I “hiked” the Waitukubuli Trail in Dominica—the island’s longest trail, stretching from one end to the other. No sweat, just scrolling.
Then I swam with the pigs—or really, watched videos of them—in the Bahamas. They live on Big Major Cay, a small island, and actually swim out to meet boats. It looks as fun (and strange) as it sounds. After that, I watched stingrays drift around people at Stingray City in the Cayman Islands. The rays are huge, completely relaxed, just gliding over the sandbar.
I checked out the hot springs near Costa Rica’s Arenal Volcano. The volcano warms the water, so people hang out in these steaming pools with the volcano in the background. Pretty wild. Then I wandered through the Ruins of Tikal in Guatemala—enormous Maya temples rising above the jungle. Even online, the place feels ancient and mysterious.
I dove into videos of coral reefs—bright fish everywhere, crazy colors and shapes. Those reefs are actually made by tiny sea creatures, which is kind of amazing. I learned about rainforests, too. They’re full of life—plants, animals, everything packed together and growing. I watched a boat ride through mangroves, the trees with roots tangled above the water, helping hold the shoreline when storms hit.

Justice and Miquel are the worst employees here at this location. Young arrogant teenagers who need to work on their attitudes. This is why Jax in the Box has no business, because they hire these horrible arrogant people who cannot do their job right and argue with their customers when the order is incorrect. Worst thing to do is argue with your customers. Management is fine. Not coming back anymore and I was a weekly customer. Their loss.
