So I was against coming back to this establishment for quite a few years. Both times I had visited were at night and it was an awful experience. The staff was so rude and acted so inconvenienced by me asking for a simple alteration of my order. Well I went back last night, the staff was incredible. Very accommodating, extremely polite. They understood that the app wouldn’t let me make alterations so they worked with me to make sure that I got my order exactly like I wanted. They were very apologetic even though it’s not their fault. The food was hot and fresh. Overall a great experience, and I will be coming back. It seems like they cleaned house and the staff is much better. Great job guys keep up the excellent work!

Super rude employees from simply asking for an item that is supposed to be on ordered item, and not giving sauces that were requested on order and being told they are in the bag, once checking your order and you ask for the sauces the give attitude like they are coming out of their pay or something! I payed for items and your establishment has them for us the consumers if we request them they need to work on the service BAD at this location!

Posting this as a safety warning. I ordered a Dr Pepper, but the drink provided was root beer. I have an intolerance to Quialla Extract found in root beer and I vomit every time I drink it, so this substitution made me sick and the meal was completely wasted. If a customer orders a specific drink, do not switch it without explicit confirmation. This is not a minor mistake for people with allergies.

09/30/2005 11:45 a.m. I stopped at your drive thru and ordered a “cluck” sandwich meal. I ordered Coke which you didn’t have. I ordered a medium and I received a large. I asked for ketchup and got 10 packets. And the Cluck wasn’t even a sandwich. No bread, pickles or sauce. Just 6 pices of chicken tenders in a bag. One of the WORST drive thru experiences of my life. And no receipt was given. I won’t EVER be back! Fouling up my order that badly doesn’t deserve a second chance. Fire the staff and start over. You’re a joke!

This place has to be the sloppiest spot of all and they don’t wear hair nets no gloves touching everything in the kitchen including pulling up their sleeves then proceeded to grab food before washing hands. Ate half my taco and lost my appetite after I seen this.

My bill was $8.10. I gave her a 10 dollar bill. She gave me .90 back all in nickels! Absurd. 3 quarters, one dime and one nickel is the correct way to do it. Yikes!

We went to grab some food for us as we were waiting at the hospital and most everything food wise was cold. To start, you couldn’t hear the person on the drive-through speaker. It took forever, and when we got to the window, she was even hard to hear in person! Got our food and made sure it was all there. I got a salad. She put it in the bag and handed it to me on its side! It was all messed up with her doing that. I will never order it again! The dressing tasted like chemicals and spice. I got 2 very small tomatoes! Very little grilled chicken too…(southwest salad). When I asked her what was on it you could tell she had to read a description. Right after we got our order (btw it was cash only that night). We went directly back to the hospital less than 5 min away. Everyone was taking out their food… All the burgers and fries were cold! The fries only looked like they were just dipped in the hot oil so they weren’t still frozen. Absolutely disgusted at this point. No one wanted to finish their meal and it was over $40 worth of food! I got a photo of the inside of one of the burgers I will add to this! I would have driven 15 min away to another Jack in the Box before and will never tell anyone to go to this one on 40th and Tieton in Yakima, WA!! Beyond disgusting!!
