Avoid the Jack in the Box on N 1st St in Yakima.
I waited forever for my food even though there were barely any customers there. For a place that calls itself fast food, the service was unbelievably slow.
While I was waiting, several employees and what appeared to be the general manager were outside smoking something that definitely didn’t look like a cigarette. Meanwhile customers inside were still waiting on orders.
Seeing management outside smoking with staff while customers are waiting is honestly unbelievable. It made the entire place look poorly managed and extremely unprofessional.
If this is how the location is being run, it’s no surprise the service is terrible.
Definitely won’t be coming back.

Did a mobile order for pickup tonight for 2 meals, one for myself and one for my wife and realized they completely made our burgers wrong. Came back thru the drive thru and told them at the speaker our order was wrong and what was wrong about it, the girl then proceeded to ask me if it was the order with the milkshakes which I did not mention at all and I said no, repeated that I had a mobile order in which they messed up on and she argued with me the ingredients of the sandwich, to which I then said even if they added new ingredients to the burgers that we specifically requested they not be added to ours, she then gave a bunch of unnecessary attitude at the window when we pulled up about us wanting our order fixed because we got the wrong burgers and didn’t realize until we drove home and had to drive back. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but the attitude is crazy as a service worker myself, would help you hear people if you took the airpod out of your free ear considering you had a headset on the other, but that’s not my business

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Jack in the Box.
First off, the wait time was ridiculous. I understand fast food can get busy, but there were barely any customers and it still took forever just to get a simple order. No one seemed to care that people were waiting.
While I was waiting, I saw several employees outside the building with someone who looked like the general manager. They were smoking something that definitely didn’t look like a normal cigarette. Watching staff—including what looked like management—doing that while customers are waiting is beyond unprofessional.
It honestly made me question how the place is being run and what kind of standards they have for employees handling food.
I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Lady working drive-through tonight must have been high . Came to the window to pay , she gave me the wrong change and said have a good day before giving me my food . She shut the window and made me wait .. finally opened it gave me part of my order ; closed the window right away … I waited for the rest of my food that I had to remind her of & she gave me it most attitude . Poor girl needs a new job .

They dont pick up the phone at all. They don’t do anything right but know how to mess up food. Me and my dad ordered our food for nights dinner and tomorrow’s breakfast for work and we are missing burritos, breakfast sandwiches, tiny tacos. Now we have nothing to eat for tomorrow morning. Never ordering anything from here again. And if I do it’ll be face to face so I get my order completely correct. And they owner hasn’t even tried to change it. All the bad reviews are months apart and shows none cares.

This was one of the most worst service ever. I’ve ever received from the girl in the drive through she was beyond rude. We just asked how long it would take for her to take our order because we waited for ten minutes for her to even take our order and then proceeds to tell us if we’re not patient enough to drive forward. Mind you she didn’t have a cars in-font of us and also says it’s going to take 15 mins from her to even help us!!!
